Background Info~

Okay, author here, let me give you a bit of background information. This story takes place in Japan, modern times. The narrator of this story is a man named Sato (惺 - tranquil, quiet) Haruka (遥 - distant, remote) (Surnames will come first when I name them, so their first name will always come after the surname. This is because people address others in Japan as their surnames and a honorific, but in some cases first names will be used), a loner who is hated in the school he goes to, with absolutely no friends. It is about a week through the second semester when a boy named Takahashi (高橋 - 高 (taka) meaning tall or high, and 橋 (hashi) meaning bridge) Hibiki (響 - sound, echo) transfers to his school. Little is known about the boy, but he certainly isn't Japanese. That is when their journey begins. Some authors notes, this is a YAOI/BL/GAY LOVE STORY OKAY?! There will be side characters who have straight love lives, but the main characters have a gay love. Also, I will include special flashback chapters to give some backstory of the mysterious Hibiki because it is, after all, told in Haruka's POV. This is a tragedy, meaning it will not have a happy ending for these two boys. Don't expect one. At least I'm giving a warning. Anyway, last bits. They're both second years in high school, and HS goes up to three years before they graduate. All of this and it's places are fictional, since I've never lived in areas in Japan so I wouldn't know what they're like. If something has this* next to it, then if you would like to know what it means, it'll be at the bottom of the chapter as one of my notes. At the bottom, a guide will always be on it to what the honorifics are equivalent to, and other information. Chapters will be at least 1,000 words (not including the guide).
