Knock knock
I look up from the file I was working on,gazing at the heavy wooden door of my office room through my glasses.

Me:"Come in!"

I say loud enough for the person outside to know they were permitted to enter & look down on the file again.I hear the door open with a soft sound & close again.The clicking sound of heels make their way towards me & stop in front of my desk.I look up,eyeing my personal assistant a.k.a best friend.Jennie Kim,21 - right now standing in my office with expectant eyes shot towards me.She wears a black T-shirt with black tight jeans & a long brown sweater hugging her curves perfectly.Her black stilettoes compliment her height alongside her ponytailed black hair which makes her look even more elegant.

JN(Jennie):"Ms.Kim-"

Me:"Jen,how many times am I gonna tell you to just call me Sookyung when no one's around."

I cut her off mid sentence to whine about her not calling me Sookyung.She chuckles,nodding.

JN:"Fine,I'll just call you bitch when no one's around."

I send her a glare & she laughs.I close the file & give all my attention to her.

Me:"So? The reason of your visit?"

JN:"Oh yeah!You know the Hope Empires?"

Me:"Of course."

JN:"& the CEO?"

Me:"Mr.Jung?"

JN:"Exactly.I just got an email from that company.They are interested in collaborating with us.What do you say?"

I nod after her words & think a little before replying her.
CEO Jung of the Hope Empires,also the owner of this crazily rich & well-known company.Well,they aren't better than my company but they're quiet amazing I've heard.About the CEO,I've never seen this guy but I've heard that he's young & handsome so girls around our city are crazy for him.I'm ready to make any deal that'll benefit my company,as long as it is legal & doesn't harm anyone or their honesty that is.& this might be a good deal.I look up at Jennie.

Me:"Here's what I need you to do."

I put my elbows on my table & intertwine my fingers,putting my face to rest on them.Jennie nods,opening her notebook.

JN:"Yeah?"

Me:"I need you to do a research about this company & it's CEO & workers.How much they get profits in a month,how they treat their customers & so on.Based on your report,I'll decide if we are gonna agree to their deal or not."

Jennie nods as she writes down her points on her brown notebook.

JN:"OK."

Me:"I need the report around 8 tonight."

JN:"As you say."

She says & walks out of the room.

[Jennie's p.o.v]
Without knocking,I open the door of the office room of my boss a.k.a my best friend.I look up to find two of our employees standing in front of her desk.However I walk in & stand in front of the other desk on the other side of the big room.As I look at Sookyung,she seems mad.

SK(Sookyung):"What am I gonna do with this now?"

She says in a deep & stern voice,making the guy who she's talking to feel weak on his knees.Pushing away the papers the man probably handed her, Sookyung sends him a cold glare.

SK:"Mr.Choi,you were supposed to bring them to me yesterday, you're late & this paper is a work of dot dot dot."

Sookyung doesn't curse in front of her employees so she fills them up with 'dot dot dot'.Now,she's not the type of boss who yells at the employees but talks in a stern & mad voice & her facial expression is what catches the employees off guard.

Mr.Choi:"CEO Kim-"

SK:"& Mr.Lee,what do you think you did? You were missing from the office yesterday for half the day on work hours.How are you gonna fill that up?"

Cutting off Mr.Choi's attempt of explanation rudely,she shots that at Mr.Lee.I silently stand there while leaning my butt against the desk.

Mr.Lee:"I was just-"

The young guy stops in his tracks as Sookyung sends him blizards through her eyes.See,Sookyung is that happy,nice boss but when you screw it up,you'll have to bear her bad mood.She sends a last glare at the two young guys & sends them off.

SK:"You may go now."

They walk out of the room instantly,closing the door behind them.Sookyung rubs her forehead in circles & leaves an exasperated sigh.Sometimes I feel so bad for this girl,she's in the age to go dating & clubbing around - enjoying her life but she's stuck in this office room with thousands of files to sign.

JN:"Take it easy,will you?"

I say as I walk in front of her desk & slump on the chair in front of her.She sighs again & takes off her glasses,looking at me.

SK:"Sorry,those two aren't doing any good for us."

JN:"They're still new,they're learning."

SK:"Learning my ass."

She says lowly but puts on her casual face again.

SK:"Now!it's 8:11,where's the report?"

I smirk & hand her the file that I've worked on.She takes it & looks through it while I sit there in silence.She nods a few times & after she's done,she looks at me with a look of approval.

SK:"That's why I say you're the best employee in my company."

I smile at her compliment & wink at her,she giggles.

SK:"So I think its a pretty good deal! Tell them we agree!"

She smiles & I nod,quickly emailing the other party.The reply email comes pretty quick.

JN:"They want to have a meeting on Wednesday if you're free."

SK:"What time am I free on Wednesday morning?"

I look through the schedule that I made for her.

JN:"You have time around 9 to 11 am."

SK:"That's when it will be & in our place."

JN:"OK."

I send off the email & look back at her.

JN:"Aren't you done for the day?"

SK:"Mhmm,so are you."

JN:"Yeah,wanna grab dinner?"

SK:"Sure."

JN:"What about that moron & Soo-"

SK:"They ate up,he just texted me a while ago."

JN:"OK."

I ask no more questions as I see she dozes off to think about her.
