*Insert alarm that gives people a panic attack*"Ugh.." I groan as i push snooze for the 10th time this morning. "Jade!" My mom says as she knocks on the door. "Time to wake up!" I look at my alarm clock which reads 6:15. I drag myself out of bed and head to my closet to pick out my outfit for today. After about 5 minutes of looking threw all of my sweatpants and leggings(which is literally all I own) I settle with some lululemon leggings and a champion hoodie. I brush my teeth and hair and walk downstairs. I don't ever wear makeup its a waste of time.
"Man, I feel bad to whatever that poptart did to you." My younger sister kendall says. Meet Kendall Bian, the most popular 9th grader I know. She has gorgeous blonde hair with dark green eyes. She's on the school's varsity swim team and the captain of the Varsity cheer team. Plus the girl never struggles in school. She's literally perfect. I stare back at my sister, who is dressed in the latest fashion trends. A mixture of vans and brandy melville. Really basic, I know. I stare at her. "What do you mean?'' "oh it's just that you have been giving it dirty looks for the past 5 minutes." I shrug my shoulders. " I was just thinking about a test I have coming up." "Algebra 2?" She asks while putting stuff in her backpack. I nod my head. Everyone knows I suck at math. "Im sure youll be fine. Dont stress!" Easy for her to say. I shove the poptart in my mouth and dust my leggings off. I do a quick check in the mirror before I had out the door. People always question if me and kendall are actually siblings. I have light brown hair with light green eyes, jade colored, hence my name. Me Jade Bian looks nothing like my literally perfect sister Kendall. We also don't like the same things at all. I grab my bag and walk out the door to catch up with my sister.
"Hey J.B!" Collin says. Meet Collin Strydner. Your local, annoying teenage boy. Collin plays football, and basketball. But he is also very i mean very good at drawing. Me and Collin have been best friends since 8th grade."Hey Collin!" I wave to him. "How was the game last night?'' Collin smiled. "We totally kicked their butt!" I laugh, while opening my locker. "You do Mr.Candons homework?" I ask him. He smiles sheepishly, "well you see-" "well guess we aren't hanging out tonight." I cut him off. I made collin promise that he would get all his homework done so that we could hang out. Collins parents don't really care about him so I do the best I can to make sure he gets his stuff done. He shows me his puppy dog eyes. "Please, please, please!" He begs. I roll my eyes. "You need to get your homework done from now on." "That means we can hang out?" He smiles. "Yeah, I guess" " yes!" he yelled while pumping his fist in the air. I laugh as the warning bell goes off. I slam my locker shut and push collin towards his class. "I'll see you after school collin!" I yell over my shoulder as I run to my first period.
