Miss Death, where have you gone(doctor who fanfic)

She was running... I was running after her...

"Rig, please wait. We need to talk." She stopped and I came to a stop beside her. "It's already too late... I'm dying." The words she shuttered shocked me. I spoke softly as I came closer "what do you mean?" she looked at me with calm, warm eyes. "I'm dying but I'll be back," I gave her a questioning look. "Just because I live on Gallifrey doesn't mean I'm a Time Lord, I'm not like you, I don't regenerate, but I will be back acting the same way. I'll disappear from this life and if you wish you may find me. I will be alone just like the first time we met." At that moment she started fading slowly. "Rig please don't go, you can't leave-" "Doctor I would never leave you, I'll always stay with you." She slowly lifted her hand and touches her index finger to my forehead. Half her body now gone, her rosy cheeks lost all color. "Rig... I love... I love you," I was sobbing now tears flowed down my face like waterfalls. "Doctor, I lov-" her whole body now gone, nothing left, but the necklace. Her necklace was cold in my hands as I cried and stumbled to the ground. The necklace was simple, a leather strand with a blue crystal on it. I had given it to her on the day she stole my heart. Rig Alexander Death, my first love.
