The date is June 2nd, 1942. You are an American fighter pilot based on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Japanese are now planning to strike Midway atoll. Based off the name of the island, it is situated in the center of the Pacific, so it's a highly needed island based for defeating the heart of the United States. The Japanese are confident, as they have now annihilated most of the American pacific fleet... or so they thought. The battle is nearing, and you have some information on when it will happen. American women and men played a huge part of the war as code breakers. Code breakers break down code to tell what the enemy is trying to say to their allies. The Americans have now deciphered much of the Japanese code. (See below)

They know the time, size, and strategy of the upcoming Midway invasion. You are part of the Second carrier group, task force 16, led by Raymond Spruance. It is equipped with two carriers, the Enterprise and Hornet. You will either use a B-17 heavy bomber, with a large crew to bomb carriers from high or the light, F4F fighter to strike down the Japanese offensive aircraft. The battle is nearing! What will you do?
