"The Mistake"(Chapter Ten)

   Almost as soon as Barry Allen realized Alex was stalling him he grabbed his supplies and ran into the S.T.A.R. Labs hanger. There he made the final adjustments. As he was making his way to leave for Earth-38 and take out the Worldkiller wrecking havoc over there, he heard someone yell at him "Barry Stop" turning his head to see the two people he least expected, Kara Danvers and Oliver Queen. 

   Kara said in a very calm voice "Barry we need to talk"

    "That line never means anything good" Barry quipped causing everyone in the hanger to smirk.

    "You can't do this Barry, your Earth needs you, Central City needs you, I need you." That last bit Kara said a bit quieter. Oliver was sitting on the side waiting to help talk him down when he heard Kara's last bit and turned his head to her.

    When Oliver looks at Kara he says"How long"

    "Six months, we have been dating for the six months." Kara then turned to Barry and pulled out the ring saying "Does this mean anything to you, do I mean anything to you. If you truly loved me you would know I don't want you to do this. But if you do do this then know we are over. I am done with you leaving me behind to save the world." 

   At that Barry Finally snapped at Kara"Maybe it should be over then, being in the Speed Force For those Three months was a hell I never want to relive. Do you know why? Because I had time to think back on my life. Everyone in my life gets damaged in some way, no one gets out unscathed." Barry takes a breath and says "I'm so sorry" and enters Flash Time watching as Kara moves towards him in slow motion and Oliver stands there motionless a final tear exits his eye as he make a breach and leaves Earth-One.

   Kara was too slow to catch anything but Barry's final tear. The drop in her hand. Kara's face goes cold and she turns around. All Oliver can see is Kara's Face and he asks "Are you okay?" Kara did not respond, instead  she grabbed Oliver and flew them both to S.T.A.R. Labs.

   Approaching Cisco, Kara said "Open a portal to my Earth now." 

   Cisco did not expect them to be back so soon or for Kara to be so forceful. Cisco was only able to nod, put on his gauntlets, and open a portal. 

   When Kara came out on the other side of the portal she noticed another portal closed with a trail of lightning fading away. Kara Danvers just missed Barry Allen.
