Mortal Kombat: Mitheras Age Of Peace

Chapter 1: A Warm Welcome to a New Age

Mithera flew through outworld. The purple haired goddess was exhausted. The small floating relics on her purple head were weakening from fighting the Goddess Kronika. Her upper one length dress was torn somewhat and her exposed shoulders were scarred a bit. Her thick boots were weighing her dow  due to exhaustion. She was tired. She couldnt believe she defeated Kronika. She had reshaped the sands of the hourglass into times of peace were everyone was happy aand couldnt disturb others..except...it didnt have some elements and people.

She flew towards the portal to Earthrealm. Before being near it she noticed someone coming through. She was too tired to put her guard up.  Luckily she didnt need to. It was her father Raiden. He was just a normal person now. No longer a god. He and Durga were both normal. However Mithera remains a Goddess. Raiden smiles at her. "Good job my child...." He said very proud of her. She reshaped time and history in a good way and thoroughly as best and good as she possibly could. Mithera smiled at her father and she felt herself give out. She fell towards the ground. Raiden caught her in his arms. Despite no longer being a god he was still physically strong, and held his daughter bridal style in his arms. "Just relax yourself..."

He began walking towards the portal. 'Your gonna be in for a nice surprise....' He said silently. He walked through the porthole.  When he did they were ontop of the sky temple. Then there was very loud cheering of celebration. Mithera was startled but turned her purple head to look down at the thousands and maybe even millions of people from Earthrealm, Outworld, Edenia and some from other realms like the Chaosrealm and Orderrealm. "You didnt just save Earthrealm...you saved all the realms....this is what I call a warm welcome..." Raiden said to Mithera. The 5'7 goddess looked down at all the cheering. She sees her friends, Cassie, Takeda, Jacqui, Kung Jin,  and others like Liu Kang, Kitana, Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage, and Jax. Mithera then gets out of her fathers arms. She finds the strength to fly down towards everybody.

As she flew down she looked at all the people she at once called enemies. Kotal Kahn, Ermac, Jade, Reptile, Sindel, Kitana, Baraka, Scorpion, Sheeva, Goro and other resident species of outworld. When she finally reached the ground everyone was still cheering and she smiled. She walked towards everyone. When she did Jacqui, Cassie, Takeda and Jin gathered around her and demanded answers. Everyone was showering her in questions and comments of gratitude. However Cassie got her way through the large crowd. Mithera looked at her in the eyes. "Cassie..." before she could say anything else

Mithera felt a slap go to her face. Everyone's eyes widen. Kotal Kahn and Jade stared in shock. Then Mithera was about to fall but Cassie caught her in a warm hug. Cassie had tears sting at her eyes. She had let out a few sobs. The thousands watched the shocking scene. Cassie then tells Mithera. "YOU ARE JUST SO DAMN RECKLESS YOU KNOW...!" Mithera hugged her friend. "I'm sorry for worrying Cassie..." Mithera says quietly. Kung Lao was then was speaking in the small group of him, Liu Kang, Kitana, Sub-Zero, Jade, Kotal Kahn, Goro, Sheeva, Baraka and Ermac and Reptile. "I honestly thought she was going to do just and only a good job with all this...but she really out classed us all...!" Liu Kang smacked Lao over the head despite him wearing his hat. "Ow!" He said playfully angry.

"Dont push it okay...well just work harder from now on!" Kitana nodded. "Just because Mithera took down Kronika dosent mean we now put everything on her shoulders we must all work as hard as her. Baraka then added. "That's right...Tarkatan warriors are not cowards...! Reptile then got his word in. "Neither are raptor warrios!" Kotal then made everyone's intentions complelty clear. "We will support lady Mithera the best we can..." Kitana smiled. "Good....We shall see to it that Outworld and Earthrealm are now allies...." The mass from outworld cheered in Kitanas pledge. Liu Kang took a nice breath of relief. After all the fighting and heartbreak that has happened over the many years, a new era, a new age was beginning. He thought he would be the one to do it, but he applauds Mithera for beating him to it.

Mithera had finished getting her friends and some earthrealm humans before seeing a person she loved. Her mother Durga. Now Durga was 5'10. Durga walked towards her daughter and everyone watched. She grabbed or cupped her daughters face in her soft feminine hands. She was human now. "I'm proud of you Mithera.." She kissed her child's forhead. Durga was dressed in nice robes and wraps. Her long purple ponytail was behind her back. "Everyone....This is the beginning of the age of peace!" Everyone cheered. Then that's when a giant wave of children came along with people. "Wow...Lady Mithera you fought against the Kronika lady...!?" Then another child asked. "You look pretty beat up....how did you beat them...did you punch or kick...!?"

Then that's when a little girl asked her. "What was the enemy like...were they like a dragon creature or they were like a demon....that would be so cool wouldnt it!?" Jade then told her. "Well looks like you have a big story to tell and people are gonna be telling it for ages...." Mithera scratched her head. The small metal relics floating around her head and were still their radiant glowing blue. Then Jacqui begins to shed tears. "No need to cry Jacqui..." Jaxqui hugged Mithera. "Thank you....for bringing my mother back...." Mithera nodded. "I couldnt bare the thought of forgetting about your mother Jacqui....I had to bring her back..." Jacqui wiped her tears. "I'm not gonna crym..I just want you to know...Im thankful..." She nodded. "Your welcome...." She turns to all the children. Taked and Jin both remarked.

"They sure do look up to you...!"She smield as she looked down at the chidlren. Mithera answers all the children's questions and she sees Sonya walk up to her. Next to her was Jax with a beautiful woman whi was. 'She must be Vera...I must have made Jacqui happy....' Sonya then told Mithera as all the giant crowd members left and celebrated the new age. "On behalf of special forces we would like to thank you Mithera...." she shook her head. "No...thank all of you...if it weren't from what all of you taught me I could never have hoped to defeat Kronika...." She was speaking the truth. Mithera looked up at the sky and raised her hand as though reaching for the sun. Everyone's hair an clothes blew in the wind as they watched her reach towards the shining morning. "We are at the horizon for this brand new age...."
