Why dont I keep it? (One shot)

It seamed like a normal day at the U.A dorms. With no homework or nothing to do for your classes, you where in your room painting the land scape out side of your window. A tree reaching it's arms over the sidewalk trying to reach out its hand for the sun to hold, as the grass watches as they see the scene before them.

There and maybe a little here

you thought putting on a few touches on your art, deciding that a few flowers in the vast array of bright healthy green grass . No one really knows about your little hobby but the few that do know Deku, Uraraka, and Iida have to keep it a secret. Knowing that you might die of being embarrassed. Not really but it would certainly would feel like that. The main person that know is your boyfriend Shoto Todoroki he has always been supported to you and even sometimes spoils you by getting you supplies for your little projects. After looking your art for a little bit your thoughts slowly but definitely started to change. As you start to think more and more the claws of what you describe as a monster in your mind.

Hmmm no no that still doesn't look right, maybe if I...

you thought trying to fix what didnt actually need it. You tried to fix what once was a beautiful white flower now turn into a smug next to the tree outside. On this day though, your boyfriend Todoroki was highly bored and decided to go see you. As his thoughts have been plagued about you in his waking hour and even sometimes when its not. He truly does care even though he may not show it well.

Maybe I should go see them. They must be bored too. Maybe we can work out together or get ice cream.

Todoroki thought getting up from his soft comfy bed that has been a host as a place for him to sleep.  Leaving his room that was not to far away from you he sneakily goes to your room so no one can know, if they did he would be in serious trouble not only that but his class mates well never let it down. You where starting to dislike your art work the more and more you look at it and keep trying to fix it more and more, now deciding to just get rid of it. At least thats what the monster in your mind is making you believe so.

As Todoroki walked in your as of not to make a sound do alarm the classmates on either side of you, you had your art work in your hands and over your head, ready to destroy it by slamming it on the floor. As you where mere inches away from throwing it, Todoroki was luckily able to stop you from doing the one thing you may have had regret for.

"What are you doing?"

Todoroki asked sternly and softly with a hint of panic, he grabbing your hands and holding them still, strong but gentle, making sure that you wont do anything that may be bad. As he was holding your hands he could feel yours shaking, by pure shock and the fact that you didnt know he was there, you stopped instantly not knowing what to do or say, you started to shake a little more, scared of what he might think and what you were about to do.

What is he going to say? Is he mad? What is he going to do?

You thought panicking on the inside. While on the out side all you can express is a blank face but you had tears running one by one down your cheeks has if they where trying to hug you before they fell onto the floor below you wishing you luck.

" Ummm h-here let me just"

Todoroki said not knowing what to do hugs you tightly hoping to help you in someway. Hopping that this hug may help hold you back together with a hug. It was warm and inviting and you wanted to just stay there all day as a way to let him know this you gripped tightly onto his shirt scard to let go as this hug has managed to make you worries slowly melt away.

"Th-there. Hopefully this help you..... it's ok I won't leave you"

Todoroki says unsure if what he is doing is truly helping. As you where being hugged Todoroki was able to somehow place the art work on the ground gently, after that he carried you to your bed princess style. As you two sat down with you on his lap refusing to let go scared that he might leave but he doesn't mind you get shy saying this but he finds it cute. He was hugging you and then started to whisper small complements to you and rubbing your back while rocking you side to side .

"You are amazing, and smart you are so talented, you are adorable and cute you are the star in my life"

Todoroki said sofly hopping to brighten your mood even if it is a small bit. It kills him to see you like this and you know this as well thats why it rarely happens  you never want him to see this if you can help it he only caught you do this 3 times not counting this time.  After awhile you stoped shacking and started to calm down. It was painfully slow but he didnt mind as he has you in his arms, and as long as your going to be ok and that he can be here with you.

"Are you feeling any better now?"

Todoroki said hopping not to startle you any further. You nodded. Not trusting your voice to stay sturdy enough for you to speak to him properly. You didn't want him to see you like this you didn't want him to see you break at what felt like a million pieces.

"Do you want to talk about it? I-i mean if you want to i dont want to force you."

Todoroki asked worried about you and even a bit nervous. You held him closer as if he was your life line and started to explain how you been starting to hate you art and just wanting to get rid of them. Todoroki said nothing threw your inter rant and only hold you closer until there was no space between you two. He even wiped away the few tears in your eyes as you went on and on. After awhile you started to calm down and relaxed into Todoroki and his hug. It felt so safe so warm so relaxing.

"Why dont I keep it?"

Todoroki said so boldly that it surprised you. You blushed so brightly that his hair would be jealous. Todoroki loves that look on you its so cute to him and it always made his heart swell. You on the other hand thought it was embarrassing and silly. But to you as long as he was happy you could care less.

" W-why would you?"

You asked embarrassed and confused. Not expecting him to do such things or any one for that matter. You would be lieing if you said that it didnt make you happy that he liked it let alone wanted to keep it. As you feel your cheeks get redder you look at him with a questioning look.

"I like them, they are bueatyful... just like you err i mean hehe"

Todoroki said smiling a soft smile a little bashful at what he just said as if he was trying to explain himself, that right there made your heart beat out of your chest. You smiled back and nodded happy with how cute he is being right now. He smiled back  noticing that you where more happy and held you closer as a form of saying good job.

" I.... would be ok with that"

You said with a smile knowing that this will solve your problem easily in a more lighter way. Happy now you place a small kiss on Todoroki soft cheek as a small sign of affection. Pulling away you see a small blush on his face as he turns away embarrassed. You giggle after seeing the cute sight before you. And after a bit he smiled too.
