Male Dormitory.

It was written above the entrance of a large old European-style building. Although it had undergone many renovations, everyone could still feel the impression of Victorian era there. Actually, not only this dormitory that was inhabited by men, but so was the school. There was no single woman in the line of the teachers. And one more, this was not an ordinary school.

This school was the only one that accommodated children with 'oddity' from birth; one who could predict, one could explore between times, and many others. They were magical, out of common sense, and were a fact that was hard to believe. But it was also their oddities that made them discriminated against, which was also the reason this school was built: to embrace and accept their existence.

Out there, far outside the dormitory, in a small village, ran a boy with a scared face as if he were facing death. He cried, but his face was so frightened that the cry became invisible. Behind his tiny, trembling body, three children with bigger stature ran after him, throwing pebbles.

"Monster!" One of them screamed. "Go away, don't be in this village!"

"Our village will continue to be stricken by disaster if you stay!"

"Go away, you, beast!"

The three children continued to point at him, chasing after him, until the poor boy stumbled, fell from the road on the hill and rolled into the forest below. He whimpered in pain, not only because he fell, but also because of the pebbles and rocks that were being rained down from above, where the three big children were screaming, as if they were not satisfied with what they had done to the poor boy who could no longer move; he was in pain, exhausted, and could only cry.

"Your parents did not die but left! Who would want to raise monster?"

"'Mom, dad, why was I born like this?' Yes, of course because your parents are monsters too!"

They continued to talk arbitrarily and the boy who was cowering now opened his eyes wide even though tears still flooded there. Who knew that the word 'parents' would be so disturbing to him? But did those bad children care? No, they did not. They did not even realize it and continued their babbling rants, mocking him.

"Right, if the son is a monster, of course the parents too."

"Exactly. No difference."

"Such parents should be burned alive before giving birth!"

They continued to reproach from the top of the hill, looking at the curled body of the wounded boy down there with a contemptuous look, delivering incomparable seclusion. While the poor boy suddenly felt something strange in his body: maybe he was too depressed he wanted to throw up. Or maybe he was too tired he had a headache. Or maybe the emotions he was holding back mixed together, collided in his mind to the point he wanted to scream and just explode. Nobody knew which one but could it be a combination of all? "No, no..." He whispered, trembling. He was increasingly scared. "Why don't they stop?"

"You're dead, monster!"

"Killer!"

"Find your parents and go far away!"

The boy's ears and head began to feel like burning. He felt heat all over his body, like exploding inside, making him difficult to breathe. "Stop it, please stop!" He cried.

"How dare you shout at us. Let's throw another pebble at him!"

Pebbles and rocks rained again on the boy who was still curled up. He grimaced at how painful his body was but he was also too tired to move. "Stop..."

"Shut up! Finish him off!"

"Please, stop..."

"You talk a lot, huh. Just say that to your parents!"

"Stop it! I said stop it!" The weak sobs had suddenly turned into a dark, thunderous voice, frightening like the roar of a wild animal. It snapped at the three children who were now completely motionless, staring at the sinister figure that appeared before them. The poor child was no longer like a human but a beast. Booming fear and explosive emotions woke this creature which was sleeping inside himself. He was actually still crying, crying even more because the thing he was most afraid of happened: the 'he' who lost control.

The creature ran quickly to chase the three children who ran away and appeared right behind them who began to exhausted. One of them stumbled and fell down. "Guys, wait for me!"

"Stupid, I want to survive!"

His two friends did not stop running, saving themselves, forgetting moments ago when they compactly insulted the poor boy. Their frail legs move even more aggressively when they heard the screams of other children they had left. They paddled on the hill where the grass was barren until their feet went numb, trying to get back to the village as soon as possible. But they were chasing the poor boy too far the village was no longer visible.

"Hey, the monster's gone."

"Really? Then stop first, I'm tired." Then they stopped running and rested for a while to catch their breath and relax their tense legs. Unfortunately, they were out of luck. The creature suddenly fell from above, showing sharp fangs on its cruel face. It raised its big, hairy arms up high and hit it on the two children. And the last thing left was the scream of their fear, which was then quietly engulfed in the evening.
