Think about it- when you hear something funny, you laugh and you smile. Didn't you ever notice that when you are sad, you smile at even the worst jokes? You are trying to make yourself happier when there is nothing else to cheer you up other than that horrible joke.
I can relate that to my life. Once, we were in school, just going to the class. The lesson before, deep inside of me was a feeling of sadness and disappointment. Only I didn't realise it until a boy kept making silly and horrible jokes. No one laughed but me. I then knew that I am sad and tried to push all those feelings away. I have learned a pretty darn life lesson here too: Life Goes On.
Anyways, what I am trying to say is: smile, as you can see, it can change your day. And yeah, believe it or not- one smile can change your life. Well, it changed mine.
