PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:

● Looks older than he actually is (maybe 18)

● Hair: Jet-black, slicked-backed and greasy
● Skin: cardboard brown, thin-skinned
● Face: Large, crooked nose, thin eyes and lips, with thin facial
structure
● Freckles: NO
● Moles: NO
● Scars: one bullet scar (grazed his right forearm)
● Tattoos: large skull tattoo on left bicep, a skull with black flames out
the eyes (symbol of his gang, los segadores (the reapers))
● Piercings: right ear (diamond stud he stole), and his favorite black
nose ring
● Build type: wide-shouldered, muscular legs
FAVORITE THINGS:
● Color: black and red
● Least fav. color: navy blue
● Why?: reminds him of his mom, who was in the US navy, but died
after only 2 weeks of being overseas
● Fav. type of music: anything by modern spanish artists
● Least fav. type of music: 80’s hard rock
● Why?: 80’s rock was his younger brother’s favorite type of music, and
they were listening to it when he was killed in a drive-by. So whenever
he hears it, it reminds him of his brother’s murder

novels (Ender’s Game is his favorite series)

was deployed

BACKGROUND:
● Hometown: ghetto of Harrisburg, PA
● Childhood: after his mother was raped and impregnated by the
Minotaur, she tried her best to raise him, but Xander ended up
joining a local gang at age seven. His mother later soon gave birth to
another son, a mortal named Josh, which Xander loved dearly. He
walked him to and from school everyday, and brought him back home
to his mom everyday as well. Xander was scared of getting his family
involved in anything gang-related, so he didn’t spend too much time
around his home.
● First memory: watching Dora the Explorer with his mother while
eating Lucky Charms, but only the marshmallows
● Education: little to none (dropped out to join the gang)
● Religion: none
● Finances: whatever the gang leader, named Horatio, gives him out of
pocket. Horatio is secretly a son of Ares and was sent to kill Xander,
but instead took pity upon him and became the father Xander never
had.
FAMILY:
● Mother: Sofia Delmos, raped by the Minotaur at age 19, gave birth to
Xander at age 20. Raised Xander until she couldn’t handle the PTSD
from being raped. Went to get counselling and therapy, got better and
settled down with a new husband, who unfortunately was abusive
toward Xander, so he ran away and joined the Segadores. His motherfell into despair but soon discovered the navy. She divorced her
husband and enlisted at age 27, and after 10 weeks of BT, she was
deployed as a seaman and was stationed on a battleship. There was
some sort of technical malfunction in the sonar system, because the
battleship she was on hit an old underwater mine from WWII and
blew a hole in the hull. She was right next to the space that blew up
and drowned in the ocean.
● Father: the Minotaur. He was disguised as a rival gang leader and
raped Sofia Delmos when she was only 19. A demigod named Horatio
Wilcox, an adult son of Ares, was sent by Chiron to hunt the
Minotaur, and he succeeded. Soon before he was about to head back
to Camp Half-Blood, he caught wind that the Minotaur had a son with
a mortal woman, and he took it upon himself to find and kill him.
After tracking down young Xander, he couldn’t bring himself to do it.
So instead he gave up his role as a counselor at Camp Half-Blood and
decided to raise the child as his own. He quickly rose up the ranks in
the los segadores gang and became the leader.
● Siblings: Had one little brother, but he was killed in a drive-by
