Chapter 1 - happy birthday!

Y/n's POV

Today was  June 29th, my birthday and I was turning 15.

I woke up to my sister jumping on me yelling at the top of her lungs "HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N!".

I decided to get up and go to the bathroom have a shower and get ready for the day so she would stop bothering me.
Once I finished my shower I, washed my face and did some light, natural makeup. Then I went back to my room and picked out an outfit for the day.
(it looked like this, but pretend it's you obviously lol)

Once I was ready, went to go wake up my parents.
"Good morning and happy birthday darling", I heard my dad say getting up and hugging me.
"Happy birthday my gorgeous girl!" My mom said following after my dad.
"Thank you!" I reply as we walk into the living room. My sister was already sitting on one of the couches holding a small bag. My parents walked in with a hand full of presents (there wasn't a whole lot though).

My sister handed me the small bag which had a handmade card that said
'Happy Birthday to the best big sister ever! I hope you have an amazing day and enjoy all of the presents you get. I can't believe that you are already 15! You are getting old. I love you. Love from y/s/n xox.'
Underneath the card was some skittles and a few face masks.
"Thank you sis", I smiled at her and gave her a hug. Then my parents handed me a big bag which had a box in it. I pulled out the box and opened it and revealed some custom Air Force Ones. I was really excited about that because I had really been wanting some for ages. I opened a few other gifts which were a black thrasher hoodie, a skateboard and some other little things.
"Thank you guys for all of this, I feel so spoiled! All of this must of been expensive, thank you so much!". I said as I hugged them.
"Wait! There is one more thing.", My mom announced with a big smiled on her face. She handed me a envelope that read 'Happy Birthday Y/n' I continued and ripped open the side of it and pulled out a card, I opened up the card and started to read it and noticed my mom had her phone our recording me. I read the card aloud, it says,
"Happy birthday Y/n! We love you gorgeous girl and wish you the best throughout the day. We have one last present for you. We know you have always talked to us about this but we answer 'no' every single time. Soooo, we decided, since you are getting older and that you're 15 now, we thought that we would take you to the lights out tour to meet the-."
As soon as I read that I froze and my jaw dropped. "OH MY GOD! WAIT NO WAY THIS IS TRUE! WHAT! YOU GUYS ARE ACTUALLY GONNA TAKE ME?! THANK YOU GUYS! THIS US THE BEST PRESENT EVER! I LOVE YOU IT SO MUCH! And I love you guys too." I ran over to them sitting on the other couch and hugged them (again) so tight.
"Actually, I'm only taking you but I'm glad you are happy." My mom explained with a happy look on her face.
Then it hit me, I'm going to meet Payton Moormeier......
