TURBULENCE.

SONIA OMRI THOUGHT THAT taking this job would mean avoiding trouble. As a stewardess working with the Star Tours company, her only job is to make sure her passengers fasten their seatbelts and look out the windows at the right times. The RX-Series pilot droids do the dirty work of actually flying the ships; Sonia's just there to be a friendly human face. This was supposed to be a comfortable job -- Good benefits, nice pay, cooperative coworkers, and most importantly, boring as sin.

Sonia wants that kind of dull stability in her life; ever since her family got involved with the Empire, she's been happy to avoid the dramatics that come with the galactic wars and conflicts. As far as she's concerned, nothing would make her happier than to mindlessly hand out snacks to rich tourists for the rest of her Maker-forsaken life. In short, Sonia wants peace. Peace and quiet, and maybe a friend or two.

But unfortunately, someone along the way forgot to tell Sonia that Star Tours isn't simply a travel agency offering tours of the galaxy. It's a front, spearheaded by agents of the Resistance in order to be able to funnel their spies from one planet to another without arousing the suspicion of the Empire. So when new a new resistance recruit called Luke Skywalker books a tour heading to Coruscant, Sonia doesn't think anything of the guy... but the Empire does. And once Vader's men get a whiff of the fact that he's on her ship, they'll do anything to try and get him off of it.

hooboy, it's been a hot minute since i've been on this site. hopefully i can actually get it in me to finish a fic this time rather than just putting up an epigraph and then finding something else to hyperfixate on and leave it sitting here, lmfao. ever since i got disney+ i've been in suuuuch a star wars mood and i've been super marathoning everything star wars related on that app...

anyway, i'm like super excited to write this fic bc i have always loved luke so much and when the new trilogy gave him zero love interests to be seen i was like 👀 bc that boy is BABY and he deserves some love in his life.. plus lbr with ourselves, mark hamill was fine af back in the day. (and not to out myself as dilf lover on main but he's still fine tbh.)

for those not in the know, star tours is a ride at disney parks where the premise is basically that you're a guest on an intergalactic tourist bus in the star wars universe but u, of course, run into some trouble along the way skdhvjd. watch a ride through on youtube if u want to know stuff like what rx-24 looks and sounds like bc hes from the ride (and hes sooo cute) but watch the old version not the recent update!!!!

chapter one should be up relatively soon but do not hold me to that bc i am just a simply fic farmer tending to my crops and sometimes i fuck shit up. anyway. lots of love. i cannot believe im attempting to write again, and because i'm me i've already got two other fics planned............. chill @ me tbh.
