Saturday... Oh boy

I woke up around 10:00am and surprisingly, Mr. Film Guy was still asleep. That was the longest i've ever slept in a long time.
I've gotten bigger; I now have a baby bump. I always forget i'm carrying babies in me until I feel some kicks. Since Director Golds here is always busy, it pretty much seems like i've been taking care of myself.
I went downstairs still in my pajamas, and walked to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast.
I was planning to make myself a more detailed meal compared to all the other days of the week. Since I have school, I'd usually get some cereal, but since it's the weekend, i'm going to cook a big breakfast for Eli and I. I'm only doing this because I don't want to just sit around and do nothing; plus I would feel bad that I made myself something and not him.
I know we have a butler, a maid, a chef, and all of that kind of workers for us, but sometimes you should just do things for yourself. Especially with a lot of time on your hands.
It's kind of weird, with Eli being only 19 years old, and me being 18 years, we somehow managed to handle expenses. Maybe we can handle it because we have family that can help us. And of course Eli's job, that pays a lot.
Half an hour later....
Well, it took a lot of hard work to make everything in less than an hour, but it's worth it. Mostly because i'm really proud of myself. I managed to do all of this with a lot of stuff on mind. Which is most of the time, pretty hard for me.
I made french toast, omelets, regular sunny side up and scrambled eggs, fruit tarts, belgium waffles, and pancakes. I know. A lot for someone like me. The most surprising thing is that I carried everything to the dining room by myself. All the plates, utensils, drinks, cups, and the food but not all at once.
It was 10:30am and that is the time when Eli usually wakes up. I just gave it a little time and as soon as I knew it, he was walking down the stairs wearing his pajamas.
"Whoa, you did all of this?" Asked Eli as he walked into the dining room.
"Uh, yeah. I was going to make myself some breakfast, but I didn't want to be rude so I made breakfast for you too."
"Well then, thank you Clare." Said Eli. Then he smiled and sat down next to me. That awkward feeling when you have 2 people sitting next to each other, when you're sitting at a long and kind of wide dining table.
"You welcome." I replied back.
He asked,"So, do you want to talk about what happened last night?" Then grabbed a mug, coffee pot, and poured the coffee into the cup.
I got a waffle and put butter and surup. "Um... Yeah sure. I just feel like you're too busy to talk to me. I mean, you talk to everyone else BUT me. It seems like i'm invisible. We had a plan about this. You would help me take care of the kids and me; but you don't give me the time of day." Wow that felt really good to get off my chest.
"Oh Clare. I didn't know you felt that way. Why didn't you tell me earlier?" He asked.
"Well, you didn't give me the time. Like what I just said." I replied.

He said,"Look. Clare, all I want to do is help. That's why I got this job. To support you, and to be around you for the fun, and when you need me. I didn't expect that having a full time director job would have my hands full 24/7. I'm very sorry ClareBear."

"Aw. I guess it's okay. I'm used to being independent. Especially I was the only kid in my house for like 3-4 years."

"Well, thank you for forgiving me. And i'm going to take a break from my work and have a you and me day" said Eli.

"Sounds fun! I will get ready and then we can go!" I replied then smiled.
