Not like the Pink Floyd song

When I get older and have my own apartment
I am going to have one wall dedicated to memories.
Whether it be in the form of pictures or writing, I am going to have this wall COVERED in memories
                From my childhood
        Up to that year.
And I'm going to have a cover over that wall,
A nice tapastry of some kind,
So when I die and people come to clean out my apartment,
They'll find it and know that I remembered.
I remembered all of it.

I remember that old house in Evans.
I remember all the sleepovers with Jacie and Jalyn
I remember getting ready for middle school dances with Sarah.
I remember meeting Chloe for the first time
And how she was reading a French version of Harry Potter.
                                I'll remember the first kiss.
                        I'll remember the first cut.
                I'll remember the first pill
        I'll remember the first cigarette
I'll remember the first joint
        I'll remember the first party
                I'll remember the first fight
I'll remember the first song I wrote
I'll remember the first book I published.
I'll remember the first serious boyfriend I ever had

                               And the second.

                        And the third.

                And the fourth.
And this wall will be covered in my life,
And the people in my life will know none of it went unoticed or unappreciated.
And all the people that hated me will never know they were documented
                And that I immortalized them

On a wall in my apartment.
