I find it hard to say "bye bye"

Even in the state of you and I

Seamus was stuck in mental conflict.

Eddie was no longer a Creature. Eddie was no longer a co-worker. Eddie was no longer in the same state as him and the guys. Eddie was gone. And he left it up to Seamus to decide whether they were to no longer be together.

And how can I refuse?

Ever since you came into my life

It'd been weeks. Three to be exact but no amount of weeks or months or years could aid his problem. And he would've took forever if it wasn't for his lover's request for them not to talk until he made up his mind. Seamus couldn't wait any longer, he needed to speak to him - hear his voice and hopefully his laugh. He needed it almost as much as he needed his touch. So he called him. And as soon as he heard his voice, it was bliss. Despite the severity of that call and the knowledge of what was about to come - he couldn't help his smile.

He loves Eddie so, so much and he tells him just that, right after his 'Hello?', right before his usual 'Hey, Eddie'. Because the other knew who he was speaking to and what this conversation was; he didn't need a greeting or introduction. So Seamus jumped right into it, spilling his feelings and adoration for the love of his life in the form of words.

I, I wanna marry you

And you opiate this hazy head of mine

He sucked in a breath and held it, awaiting Eddie's response with tears in his misty, blue eyes. His vision was blurry and his head swam but it didn't matter, all he needed were his ears to hear that voice that cured anything and everything despite the words it wove.

The silence was excruciating, a knife in his stomach that was twisted with every second that passed.

"...I love you, Seamus."

The tears overflowed and streamed down the pale skin of his face, a choked sob following. That's the last time he'll ever hear those words from those lips in that voice. He couldn't be with Eddie anymore, not because he doesn't love him oh god no it's the complete opposite. He couldn't be with Eddie knowing he couldn't be with him. Couldn't have his touch, couldn't hold him. Couldn't sleep in the same bed, couldn't comfort him. Couldn't hold his hand, couldn't reassure him.

Seamus lived for Eddie, the days they'd spend together just making eachother laugh. They kept eachother happy in a world of pain. They'd dry eachother tears and silence eachother's doubts. So though they're still friends - the best of friends - they couldn't put eachother through the pain of knowing they'd have eachother but they're no longer an arms length away of a kiss, just a turn of a head to share a smile, an ears length away of hearing eachother's laugh. It'd be plain torture for the both of them, a constant reminder of how many miles away the other is and a constant pain neither would be able to bear.

Eddie has a girlfriend now and his channel is doing great despite retiring from the Creatures. He's with his family, his old pets, collaborating with lots of friends. He's happy. And same goes for the elder, he's in love with his own girlfriend and he's still got the guys, still got his usual upload after upload routine. They've moved on.

But that's just fine. The two will always share the same, deep bond. They'll always be there for eachother, just a call away. And that call became routine - once a week without fail.

They'll always be eachother's medicine.

Hey, guys. So I thought another ship was in order as all I've got on my account so far is NovaHD and even though that ship can sail around the world - I'm sure ya'll would appreciate some variety, right?

So I've read a good amount of lyric fics, some good, some not too good and I'm really into this song at the moment and SlyPKC is my second favorite Creature pairing so here you go. I hope you enjoyed ^.^

I might look into making a Creature oneshot book because I get alot of ideas that I just put in my phone and forget about so I'm sure there'd be no harm in making use of those ideas. It'd steer me away from my NovaHD obsession and it'd mean more uploads so I'm pretty sure that's a win/win.
