We both just stared at each other, with nothing said or heard but the water fountain. My eyes kept pouring, and the nice spring breeze would sting my eyes. My chest was hurting like it never has before. Insignificant tears hit the floor, and Natsu fell to his knees.
I pounced on him, and we both landed on the floor. "Natsu!" I cried into his vest, and Natsu just held me in his arms. It was a tight loving embrace, just like how he used to hug me. I was so happy. I couldn't stop crying. I was overjoyed. I kept crying his name, and he petted my head. After what felt like forever, which was truly only about 4 minutes, we let go of each other.
"Taka. You're...alive..." I nodded, and I just rested my head on his strong chest. I just weakly told:
"Found you..." He petted my head, and just held me close.
"I thought you were dead..."
I chuckled. "I'm back." I just cuddled in his arms and chest. "I missed you so much... I've been looking for you all this time. Its been..." I chuckled. "About 15 years..."
"How are you even alive? Are you a ghost?"
I explained about how I have been frozen for 8 years, and that It's been 8 years of traveling, looking for him. Limiting the fact that I am still cursed. The small black mark about the size of my hand. Natsu just hugged me, and it was like as if he was about to cry. I held him back. Yoru just stood as a witness to our small moment together.
"I found you."
After some reunion, we talked about our pasts and Natsu told me that he was frozen too. On an island for 7 years. So in the end, we are both still only separated by 4 years. Yoru was excited of first meeting Natsu, but he was careful not to spill the secret that I loved Natsu. The sun hid itself, and the moon was out.
"Hey, do you have a place to stay at tonight?"
"Uhhh... We don't have an apartment yet, but we decided to sleep here." Natsu just shot me a look, as if saying 'Are you serious?' Then he grabbed my wrist, and my backpack. Yoru followed us, and I questioned Natsu of where we were going.
"My place. Duh." My face flushed scarlet. "I'm not letting you sleep out anymore. We'll get you a place soon. But for now, you'll stay at my place." My heart was beating so bad, that I thought my rib cage would break.
We all made it to a house somewhere far out in the forest. There was a sign that said "Natsu and Happy's house". I giggled because it was so cute. Natsu opened the door, and there was a mess all around us! Natsu hasn't changed. The house was dirty all over. Natsu got embarrassed, and called out:
"Happy!!" A blue cat, that looked like Yoru came walking in. The blue cat looked like an exceed!
"Aye?" It asked while rubbing his eye.
"You were soposto clean the house! Today was your day!"
"But I was tired. And I'm hungry now~..." Happy complained.
"Natsu. How about I cook something, while you and Happy clean up?"
"Hmm? Who's this?" Happy asked.
"I'll help to! Mya~!"
"I'll need your help with the groceries."
"But I'll go with you-"
"Nope! Dinner will be a surprise." Natsu handed me some money, about 1000 Jewel.
You smiled and Happy looked shocked.
"Natsu! You brought a girl home! What does this mean?!"
"Calm down Happy. She's my friend. My dead best friend. Its a long story. I'll tell you while we clean." You waved, and you walked for the door. But Natsu spoke in my ear before I turned the handle. "Don't get lost again. I dont want to lose you again. Ok?" His voice was full of concern. I turned around and hugged him.
