Matcha || (An All Might X Reader)

Seven 🍡

You couldn't help but think about your date with Toshinori. You couldn't remember the last time you had so much fun. He's so amazing and full of laughter and fun.

"So, tell me about your date." Your Boss Airi said while you were cleaning up one of the tables. You smiled. "It was the most fun I had in a long time."

"Did you guys...you know?" She asked quietly.

"Airi!" You whispered yelled. "That's personal, and besides it was the first date." You went back behind the counter. 

"By the first date, do you mean that you're gonna go out with him again?" She asked. 

"I'm trying to work?" You say.

"There are no customers right now, anyways are you guys gonna go out again?" As Airi sat on one of the stools. 

"I do, I um..." You felt a tint of red on your cheeks. Airi squeals as she covers her mouth. "Aw, that's so cute. And he's a really nice guy (y/n)."

"I know, and there's something about him...I don't know what it is but...it's just something." You sigh while tracing shapes on the table. 

It did leave you curious about Toshi's lifestyle. He didn't tell you much, only that he's a teacher at U.A. Highschool and that he takes walks in his free time and that's pretty much it. You did want to know more about him.

"Wait, why am I telling you?" Your face turned red. 

"Because I've been your friend since college and when I opened up this shop I promised to give you a job." Airi says. 

"Blech." 

Airi laughs just as the bell on the door chimed signaling some customers have entered the tea house.

Both you and Airi got back to work. The day went by pretty mellow, you got good tips and it was quiet as usual, but you couldn't wait to go home and binge watch on Netflix. 

You couldn't help but think about the skinny blonde that walked into your life. He hasn't called or came by since your date. He was probably busy so you didn't overact about it, but you did miss talking to him even if it has been a few days. 

Tomorrow was Wednesday and Toshinori usually comes in on Wednesday so you were looking forward to tomorrow.

 When you got home after your shift, you noticed something on your porch. You got out of your car and found a bouquet of flowers and a basket of your favorite snacks and a note. 

'I enjoyed our time together, sorry you haven't heard from me. I hope this makes up for it.'

You smiled and gathered up your gifts, it was so sweet how he was so old fashion. You unlocked the door and went inside.

"You know just what I like." You placed the flowers and some water and opened up the snacks while turning on Netflix.
