The King arrives

"The King, the king!" The streets shout, "the king has arrived!" They cheer and cheer. "The king is back from war?" I ask. "He's back, he's back! The king has arrived!" A kid shouts running past me. I quickly run to the palace. Nobody told me he was coming back today! I went to run some errands, I need to hurry back. I get there just in time to find Tanaka panicking. "Tanaka? Tanaka!" I shout. He finally notices me and grabs me by the shoulders, "Quick! The king is coming!" I take his hands off my shoulders, "and nobody told me." I glare at Daichi who blushes, embarrassed, "Hurry we need to get in line." He says seriously. We rush in line and straighten our clothes. I see him! In the distance! A carriage, sporting our kingdoms colors, black, orange, and white. I look up at the obsidian castle, with the skull shaped windows and bright fire glowing from them in the darkness of the night. I only started working here about a week ago, it pays good money and gives us a place to stay. I quickly turn back, hearing hooves coming closer and closer. The carriage stops a few feet away and the driver jumps down quickly, opening the door for King Kageyama. He steps out, tall and beautiful. Soft black hair, smooth skin, his body wrapped in a black and orange embroidered cape. Orange and black gems gleam from his crown. He walks confidently up the stairs and we bow as he walks by. Next to me, he stops. "Who's this." He doesn't ask but demands. I stand straight up "I am Hinata Shoyo! I started a week ago, sir!" He looks at me with a cold hard face, "Don't. Mess. Up." He states and walks away. I stand there, shocked "I won't sir!" I shout up to him. He turns around startled, staring at me for a good while, speechless, and continues in the building. All the servants relax. "Dude how did you do that?!" Tanaka says patting me on the back. "What do you mean?" Daichi walks up "He means, nobody has ever made the king speechless before!" I look at them wide eyes "Woah." Yeah dude! Haha!" The other guys come and pat me on the back, the girls looking jealous, whispering to each other. "What are they whispering about?" I ask the guys and they shrug, Kiyoko, our female friend, walks over and says "They think the king may have a soft spot for you, they might use you to get him close to them." She states plainly. "O-oh.." Whatever, who needs girls anyway? I've got my boys! I try to put my arms around they're shoulders then remember they're like six foot. (A/n oof) We file into the castle and get in our positions around the king's throne. "Shoto!" (;))The king calls. I step forward "I-It's Shoyo, sir." He ignores me "Bring me a glass of wine, my throat hurts." I stop "Uh sir, water works best for sore throats, would you rather me get you a water?" He looks at me with cold, hard eyes. "Wine." I stand my ground "Water." He glares and I flinch "Sir." And he relaxes, "Fine, get me a water." I nod and continue into the kitchen.
