My True Love (Cesar) 🎄

You were ready for winter break once it hit December. You were walking into your 5th bell class, History after lunch and you sat down next to one of your classmates.

You start pulling out your supplies from your backpack you carried everywhere until you heard somebody say your name.

You looked up to see your guy friends, Ruby, Cesar, and Jamal sitting at another table.

"Hey guys." you said as you arrived with your backpack and supplies to sit down at the last available seat.

"Y/N, are you going on a Western North Hills trip? It's the biggest trip of the year. " asked Ruby with his signature smile.

"Oh course, Ruby. Wouldn't miss it for the world." you said with a smile back.

"Guys are you crazy?! It's freezing! Y'all really want to be outside in the cold for a whole week?!" said Jamal crazily.

"Why, yes Jamal. What's wrong with that?" asked Cesar finally to join the conversation.

"I have a problem with it! I won't be able to see my favorite mano everyday! I can't believe you lived with me for over a year." said Jamal and put his left arm around Cesar's shoulder since he was sitting next to him.

"Jamal, I told you a thousand times, it was just three months!" said Cesar a bit frustrated of telling him again. He took Jamal's arm off of his shoulder.

"Too bad you're not going to have fun with us, Jamal." you said.

"I'll be fine. I'm going to have a nice vacation. A Turner vacation." said Jamal with a grin and took a sip of his water next to him.

"Class, settle down. Let's start our lesson." said the teacher, Ms. Gabrielle and everyone gave her full attention.

A few minutes later, you were working on an assignment with your earbuds on blasting music into your ears.

You felt somebody looking at you. You turn your head to see Cesar looking at you.

"Hey Cesar. What's up?" you asked as you took out your right earbud out of your ear to give attention to him.

"Um...you wanna hang out with me at the park after school?" asked Cesar kinda shyly.

"Sure." you said and you gave him a smile which made him smile, turn away and blushed.

You felt your face heating up once Cesar turned away from you. You smiled to yourself as you went back working on the assignment.

You and Cesar really like each other. Y'all are always denying your feelings for each other when you know you're lying to everybody.

The only problem was Monse. She has feelings for Cesar and you don't want to lose your friendship with her so you stayed quiet.

Only you, Olivia, and Ruby know her secret and y'all ain't planning to tell Jamal anytime soon knowing what he's like with secrets.

The last bell of the day rang and you quickly started to go down the stairs happily knowing that school ended for the day.

Right before you could get out of the building, you heard your name being called. You groaned and turned around to see Ruby and Olivia holding hands and walking up to you.

"Hey Y/N! You want some company? Me and Ruby are going to the park to watch an ice skating performance." asked Olivia with a smile.

"Um, sure." you said and the three of you started walking outside together.

A few minutes later, Olivia was laughing at a joke Ruby said as they walked hand and hand down the sidewalk. You felt like a third wheel right now and you don't like this at all.
