AUTHORS NOTE

Hey guys,

So this story has finally come to an end, i loved writing this for you and i am so glad that some of you have become so invested in my writing. I am actually quite proud of this one even though i know the ending is not what most of you will have wanted. This is however the way i had intended it to end from the beginning. This was always intended as a four book series and we will see if it continues to stay that way, but as of now that is the intention.

I felt like showing something a little bit dark and gloomy that wasn't completed centered around Elliot and Olivia, the way most of the fanfiction i read is. I wanted to show different sides of these characters and open them up as people, while giving them a few more layers to peel open later. The world is forever changing and nothing always ends up the way people want, and i wanted this to shine through with this story.

A lot of Peyton's feels are my own, and she is a part of me that i have been able to put on paper. This has been a bit of a therapy session for myself, hence why after some chapters it took me abit longer to update, as i was putting my own thoughts together. I feel like she as a character gave me the freedom to say how i felt with out the concequence of hurting the people i care about. She is also a character i believe we all have inside of us, sometimes she is a big part of our personalities sometimes a small part we never see. Either way i believe she is there.

I pulled Liv apart a bit emotionally and gave her more darkness amist her light. As always. I hope you guys stick around to see where this story, their story ends up another 3 books down the track. I have attached a sneak peek of the next book at the end of this as another chapter. It leaves off from where this book ends and could prove to be quite heartbreaking.

I will be taking a break between books, but once a week has past please start sending me messages either on here or on instagram (@differentkind_ofmeasurement) to get started on the next book, cause if i leave it any later than that it will never happen. This will be what you are left with and i don't believe you will be very happy about it. :)
