the calendar
the world gave me a calendar
once, a long time ago
and i have been (desperately) trying
to keep up with the
plans for me
in there
there's a big warning on the back
"DO NOT
THROW AWAY"
so i don't.
but i have considered it
many times
burning it
and buying a new one
or making a new one
or living
without
a calendar
at all
