Alec! It's time to go. I heard Mom say and I groaned from my nap before going downstairs to see Mom

Did you packed your things like I said yesterday? She asked me and I nod my head

Good, now let's go. She said and smiled

▪I grabbed my duffle bag before following Mom to the car▪

Mom.. do we really need to move to a new house? I asked Mom when we hopped inside the car

▪I heard her sigh before saying▪

Yes, since me and your father divorced yesterday and he already has a new family to put in the house. She said

I understand, Mom. I said and she smiled through the car window before taking my hand

▪I comfortingly squeezed her hand before she drove us to our new home▪

《At our new home》
This looks good. I said and examined the small house

But, the town is very quiet.. I muttered and looked at my surroundings

Honey, you're going to get used to it. Now, let's go inside and you need to take a rest. She said before the both of us went inside the house

Your room is upstairs. Mom said and I nod before going upstairs to my room

▪I opened the door before going inside to see dust around the room. Cobweb on the corner of the room▪

▪I blew the dust away before grabbing the cobweb and throwing it in a small bin▪

▪I looked at the dusty desk and I wiped it with a towel that I saw on the ground▪

▪I placed the wooden chair next to it before I plopped on the single bed▪

▪I suddenly heard crying inside the room and I sit up to see no one▪

Weird..

▪I looked at the desk to see a woman sitting in the chair crying▪

Miss.. are you okay? I asked and she looked at me

Wait.. she's a.. ghost?
