12 days of Christmas (Cegan & Rickly)

On the 2nd day of Christmas my true love gave to me

Negan let Carl sleep in as he left and got his men to get more Christmas stuff and a lot of food for a great feast for Christmas day for them to eat and he wanted everyone to have gifts if you wanted more you have to use your points for more than one gift.

Negan went down to get some breakfast and asked both Simon and Dwight for ideas for the next gift. Dwight felt so uneasy about the question and he tried to think of ideas, same with Simon as well.

"Well this may sound ga--um well flowers are always nice. Right? You can never go wrong with flowers for girls or guys..." Simon said to Negan trying to avoid the gay word.

"Well you are right on that one Simon, but there aren't any nice flowers around in this shit hole of a world." Negan said to Simon as he took a bite into his powdered eggs.

"Well, there are fake flowers you can get in some old crafting shops," Simon told his boss as he took a bite into his toast.

Dwight nodded as he took a sip of his water. "It is a good idea, never go wrong with flowers and even chocolate but that's a bit harder to come by..."

Negan thinks and rubs his chin. "Your right. Let's go on a run to get some fake flowers and some chocolate." He stood up and pulled his two men along with him to their truck.

They all drove to an old crafting shop. They all entered it and looked around and took out a couple of walkers as they looked down the aisles and Negan found a couple of bags of fake flower petals and some fake roses. He grabbed them and stuffed them into a bag. Dwight found some arts and crafts stuff to bring for himself and others and some people could use the points to buy some of the stuff. And Simon did the same thing and grabbed some stuff as well. Once they were done with the crafting store they headed off to a store to find some chocolate.

They visited five stores and finally found some chocolate. Boxes and boxes of it. They took all the boxes and everything of chocolate they could find. And to top it all off they found a book on how to make homemade chocolate as well. They really hit the jackpot with that.

On their way back Negan told his men to keep Carl busy for a couple of hours while he set up the room. Again they both felt so uneasy about helping their boss trying to get laid with a teenage boy and the son of Rick Grimes. Even though Carl was eighteen years old, so it wasn't really bad but still. Well, it bugged Simon more than it did Dwight since he didn't see a problem with it. He just didn't like the thought of Negan having sex. "Sure thing boss." Dwight said as he gets out of the truck and goes and gets Carl while Simon unloaded the truck and gave some bags and boxes to Negan to take to his room.

Carl and Dwight went outside into the snow near the fence where all the walkers were tied up. "I like the snow, it's my favorite time of year winter," the teen said as he turned and faced the blonde. "What about you?"

Dwight smiled at the teen. "Yeah I like the snow too. I use to love having snowball fights with my friends and building a snowman with my dad as a boy."

Carl smiled at him and started to make one with Dwight. "Oh hey how's Sherry?" he asked as he rolled a snowball to make the bottom half of the snowman. Dwight started to roll the next part. "Oh she's good thanks for asking." he smiled as he kept helping him with the snowman.

Meanwhile back in Alexandra Daryl and Rick were also building a snowman with Judith and playing in the snow with her. Even Michonne came over and brought Zane over for a playdate with his cousin. The two toddlers were playing in the snow on the front lawn and started to eat some of the snow as well. Meg came over with a fresh batch of cookies she made for the Grimes family. "Hey, boys, I made you something."

Rick turned around and smiled. "Thank you Meg, just put them inside on the counter," he tells her as he helps Daryl makes the snowman.

Daryl had never felt so happy in his whole life around the holidays. Every year around Christmas he always had a shit time and in a whole like this didn't make things any different but now that they were celebrating it and he was with the man he loved and his family he couldn't have asked for anything else besides not having Carl here. He wanted his stepson here so bad and he knew Rick would love it too. He finished the snowman with Rick and added the eyes and Rick added the nose and the mouth.
