Tobias of the Shadow Nation
Tobias clutched his journal close to his chest, his heart was pounding so hard in his chest he was scared Silver heard it. His arms and legs were shaking like twigs when he stopped walking and stood in the hall completely still.
"I'm not so sure about this Silver..." Tobias said his voice shaking.
"But Tobias! This could be our chance to go outside these caves and see what the rest of the Far Lands look like." Silver said and Tobias said nothing but his heart skipped a beat when Shadow Star walked right past the duo and Silver called out to him.
"Shadow Star!!" Silver yelled out waving her hands in the air. Shadow Star turned and saw Silver and Tobias.
"Oh! Hey kids! What's going on?" Shadow Star asked and Silver elbowed Tobias' arm causing him to drop the journal on the ground.
"Oh... uhhh... ummm..." Tobias stuttered as he tried to pick up his journal.
"Tobias, are you okay?" Shadow Star asked.
"Uhhhh... yeah... uhhhh... I uhhh... Wanted to show you something..." Tobias tried to answer and handed his journal to Shadow Star his hands shaking.
"What's this?" Shadow Star asked.
"It's a journal of my thoughts on where the Shadow Nation is." Tobias answered.
"What do you mean?" Shadow Star asked and Tobias took a deep breath to calm his nerves.
"I have a lot of questions that don't have any answers and I wanted you to read that so hopefully you'll understand what I'm trying to ask." Tobias said and Shadow Star nodded.
"I'll surely look into it." Shadow Star said.
