A.N. - Hi people! I'm working on updating more frequently and so...I come to you now with a more frequent update! I'm working on it! By the way: this will take place in the winter. Okay also when I said I was going to update on Friday, I'm sorry, I think that's going to be true for Empresslidith because she's a day ahead of my time...but yeah...things changed and so I ended up having time to write this chapter today and so yay!

To TheAnimeSpecialist: It makes me happy to know that you'd give my story a nine out of 10. In my school that's the second best grade: A-! Anyhow, I hope you keep supporting my story!

Slash P.O.V.

We had the day off school, which was a relief, because the week before the break, I had a test for almost every single one of my classes. I sighed as I walked towards the kitchen to grab a snack. That's when I heard my mom's voice ring through the room, "hey, Slash! Have you finished the project yet?"

I looked up to see her across the room, looking at me expectantly for an answer. I quickly replied to her: "Yes. I wouldn't leave the room if I hadn't finished the project." I had a project that would make a big impact on my grade. We had to make a website...for Design & Robotics (if you're not familiar with Design & Robotics, it's a class where you learn about different types of technological and mechanical stuff.)

She smiled and said, "that's good."

I sighed and replied, "I know it's good...I just came here for a snack-"

Before I finished my sentence, my mom interrupted, "we bought you Pocky* if you want it." When it comes to snacks, my mom is always so persistent. I don't know why, though? It's like she's...over-cautious of me not losing my appetite or something near that.

I nodded and reached toward the top drawer where we keep snacks, including candy from Halloween. I grabbed the red box from the drawer and ripped the top open. Inside was a bag so I opened it and started to eat the chocolate-covered biscuits, as claimed by the Pocky company themselves. I guess it's close enough.

As I started eating the first few, I decided to go outside. I liked playing outside in the snow, it always sparkled like diamonds whenever the sun was out. It was always lively outside. "Hey...could I go outside for a while?" I asked my mom. She almost never let me out because it was 'so cold that it would freeze your face.' As my mom would say.

To my sheer surprise, my mom replied in a calm manner, "sure."

I put on my jacket and snow-pants. I put on my snow-boots and mittens and a hat. I didn't feel like bringing a scarf, besides, the top of the jacket would do.

I ran outside and took in the cold and crisp breeze that always came in mid-winter. It was a nice feeling that would only last for a couple of weeks, so I like to go outside whenever I get the chance.

As I walked down the driveway, I felt something cold and icy hit my face. I turned for the source of it and saw three people having a snowball fight. There were three more, but they were watching with amused faces. The three that were in a snowball fight were all girls, while the other three were boys.

One of the girls, a black-haired girl, came up to me and said, "I'm sorry...are you okay? Are you hurt?" She quickly apologized and asked.

"I'm okay...really. No need to worry about me." I replied, putting up two fingers, my index finger and my middle finger which was commonly known to signify the word 'peace.'

"Yokatta*..." She replied. She must know Japanese.

She bowed her head slightly in apology before running back toward the group, and resumed their snowball fight. I sure wish I could join them.

I turned away for a second before turning back to them. This time instead of doing a snowball fight they were tight together, whispering things I couldn't hear because I was really far away from them.

I decided to walk up to them and ask what is going on. So then I walked to them and I decided to scare the girl that had apologized to me a few minutes back. I tip-toed up to them before clutching her shoulders briskly and brought them out. She looked to the right so I quickly went to the left and then she turned to the left so I switched my position so I was at the right. This went on for a few seconds before she finally caught me.

"What kind of trick is that!?" The black-haired girl asked while pouting. "That is a very rude thing to do to a mmmphhh..." Her mouth got covered and I saw a blue-haired girl covering her mouth and murmuring, "shh..."

I tilted my head. The blue-haired girl noticed me before saying while smiling that smile..."she didn't say a-ny-thing~."

"Uh-huh." I said firmly and sarcastically and I thought I even caught the black-haired girl sweat-drop.

I sighed and inspected their features. They all wore wool coats and boots. The black haired girl had beady black eyes and she had her hair pulled into two buns on one side and then the rest of her hair flowed down to her waist.

Next to her the girl had light blue hair (the girl that had covered the black-haired girl's mouth) and cheerful blue eyes that were slightly darker than the color of her hair. Her hair was pulled into an extremely low ponytail and it went down to her knees...such long and flowing hair...

And the third girl hadn't said a thing. She had green hair that was in pigtails. The bottoms of the pigtails curled as well. Instead of hair ties holding her hair, it was filled with tiny pink flowers. She had dirty lavender colored eyes and she stayed neutral when it came to expression. I should also add that a bird was on her shoulder...how can she do that?

Then next to the green-haired girl was a boy older than me. He had blood-red hair and calm brown eyes. He smiled at me, but didn't say anything.

Next to him was another boy. He had rather messy brown hair and I noticed a scar on his cheekbone and another one over his eyebrow, however it was hard to see because his hair covered that scar. His expression, like the green-haired girl was also neutral.

And the final boy had silver hair and blue eyes. He had a cheerful smile plastered on his face.

I looked at them and I realized something. I pointed at the three girls and said, "do you guys have sisters?"

They looked at each other before looking at me. At the same time they shook their head but didn't say anything.

"Then are your names Elza," I pointed to the black-haired girl, "Lucina," the blue haired girl, and last but not least, "Thia*?"

They all tilted their heads as they nodded.

I looked at those three. The silver haired guy sure looked kind of like Alyut from Brave Frontier. "Sodis..." I said, looking at the silver haired guy as he nodded.

"Row...gen..." I said rather hesitantly, because I wasn't sure. However to mys surprise, he nodded.

And the red haired man, "Agni..." I knew because he looked like Orwen...except more younger.

"So...what are you guys doing here again?"

"Well...we heard Master Lucius call to us and then we were sucked in a portal. When we all awakened, we ended up right here. We were bored so we wanted to have a snowball fight." Lucina replied, while the others nodded

"Ohh..."

"Yeah."

"Well, you can stay at my house for the time being. How's that?"

"Sure." Sodis replied.

I smiled as I thought,

'Lucius...huh...? What's the problem...'

And I swear I had a voice answer me, a deep and a voice that echoed, 'fight...Summoner. Team up with the others and fight and defeat Maxwell...before he destroys your world.......'

A.N. - That's exactly why!

Thia*: last predicted name before finalized the name to Tia

Yokatta*: Thank goodness.

Pocky*: a chocolate/strawberry cream that is covered over a baked biscuit.
