Waking up with someone who's heart beats the same as yours pressed against you, is a feeling I wish everyone to experience. So whenever Amoura is back from her hunting trip and she curls against my back; her breath against my neck, I know that I am loved.
"Go back to sleep," Her raspy voice whispers against my ear, pulling me closer into her body.
"I can't," I blush, playing with her painted fingernails. "When did you paint them white?"
"Yesterday, after I saw you looking at white nail polish."
"I didn't know you saw that."
"I see everything," She says, chuckling against my ear, "You weird human."
