As my eyelids slowly lifted, revealing my eyes to the blinding sun shining through my blinds I glanced over my alarm clock which read: 8.20 am.
"CRAP" I yelled as I threw my duvet over my feet and jumped out of my bed.
"Alright up there?!" my mum yelled, standing at the bottom of the stairs.
"Yep" I groaned. I grabbed my UA uniform and stood in front of my mirror. I tightened my tie and quickly sorted out my collar before I grabbed my mustard yellow bag and ran out my bedroom door.
"Breakfast?-" my mum gasped as I skidded past combing my hair and sliding on my shoe.
"No time" I replied as I hastily grabbed some bread and ran out the door, "Bye!" I yelled, "Bye! Have a good day" I heard my mum say as her voice slowly faded and the door slammed shut.

I arrived at the steel doors surround by a sea of future students. They said to come prepared for immediate training. My phone alerted a text from my friend Deku in class '1A' U done training yet?' I read, 'Not yet, when do we start?' I replied but got no answer.
*Buzz* "Calling all new students wishing to attend UA high please stand ready to follow your teacher 'Eraser Head' and our school Nurse to the training grounds." *Buzz*
I stood panicking and my face bright red.
"Dont look so worried" I heard a voice call from behind me. I turned and saw Deku grinning at me.
"Deku!" I shouted as I greeted him with a tight squeeze, "Im scared".
"Don't be!"
"I can't help it"
"I was exactly like you on my first day"
"As you keep reminding me" I grinned as we headed in through the gates, "Bye!"
"Good luck!" he yelled as he waved but was soon not able to be seen by the crowds of students.
'I wonder when they'll realise I don't have a quirk' I thought.
