PROLOGUE

Hi readers my name's Victoria no short form, anyhow you are welcome to my new book and pls give it a chance even though the first chapter sucks, so enjoy.

Allure Wilder P.O.V

I was sitting on the park bench enjoying the view,  when I saw Alonzo from the corner of my eye telling me it was time to go home-Alonzo was my body guard that Jasmine, my elder sister employed so I would not 'wonder-off 'as she had put it , Alonzo was the head of my security team, yeah a security team, he was a tall man,about 6'2 brown hair, broad shoulders so where ever he went he stood out, even as he always wore black he stuck out like a sore thumb....

  " Allure, your sister has called me to take you home" Alonzo disrupted my line of thought, I rolled my eyes at her over-protectiveness.

    

     I got up and got ready to go, when I saw from the corner of my eye, a dark figure in the shadows, it would have been strange to some people and normally I would not have given a second thought to the mysterious form, because  Jasmine, James or Daniel, three of my eldest siblings would always reprimand me whenever I did anything like this, but there was something  about this figure that pulled me to it, I turned around to find Alonzo talking on a thing in his ear, my curiosity getting the better of me, I took the opportunity to go check what it was, briskly walking towards it, and as I got closer I saw it was a man when I finally reached I saw the man was looking in the opposite direction from where I had come from, he was under an Apple tree, I stalked closer to him not knowing what I was going to say to the stranger

" I really don't know what I am doing" I mumbled to myself thankfully he did not hear me or so I thought

Then I took a deep breath to calm my nerves like my mom always told me, here goes nothing.

    " Um excuse me.......I was just wondering what you were doing here sitting all by yourself" luckily he heard me because if I had to repeat myself I don't think I could, he turned around with an angry expression that made me flinch a little, just a little so he didn't see it.

" Ummm ..... Hello I was just..wondering why you were sitting here looking all gloomy and I just wanted to know uhhh....I just wanted to see  if you would mind sharing your griefs with a stranger, because my mum always said it is better to say it out loud than keep it bottled up inside but I don't remember if she included or exempted strangers plus..."

      I rambled on and on,then I heard the nicest yet deepest chuckle, when I looked up it was the unknown man and then unknowingly my lips shifted into a small smile. so I took the time to observe him seeing he had black eyes, the shade as dark as the night and brownish blackish hair black,and pink lips that looked enticing,muscular build and 6'3 height just like my brother's build clad in a dark blue suit that showed his biceps also just like my brother's, why I was comparing both of them, it's just different for some reason I guess, then he was just staring at my face so I touched my face to see if there was anything there.

  " Uhh is there anything on my face? " He shook his head, smiling. I was relieved but then my original thought came up and before I could register what came out from my mouth

" Then why are you looking at me with that look in your eyes that says 'I want to eat you alive " I blurted out with make shift dino claws, then he chuckled again,

" You're cute what's your name"he asked making this the first time he spoke to me but before I could reply I saw Boris, another person in charge of my security searching frantically for something or a certain someone and I was sure that certain someone was me so I started to walk in that way but remembered something I turned around stood on my tippy toes  then hugged the stranger and said

"Ihopeyourdaygetsbetterandyoufindasolutiontoyourproblem" I said all in one breath and he hugged me back slowly but still,once he loosened his grip on my waist, I pulled back and I ran in the direction Boris was but before I could go further I heard 'him' talk

  "Hey, you still didn't tell me what your name is!" Then I stopped then turned to face him and flashed him a cheeky smile deciding I wanted to be mysterious "A" I said.

  I increased my speed before he could ask any more questions and went straight to Boris, I walked up behind Boris and tapped his shoulder he turned around almost immediately, because he knew who it was, why?because I was the only person that tapped him on his back because I could not reach his shoulder because I am shorter than him, relief flooding his features, he lifted me off the ground and hugged me, I just giggled at his behavior, Stefan, alonzo, and him where like my best friends because I was not....am not allowed to talk to anyone except my security detail and siblings and some trusted workers.

Then he spoke into his earpiece thing,the same one that Alonzo was talking into probably speaking to him definitely telling him he knows my whereabout me, I just found that silly because  I am a capable twenty three year old not a baby,

We walked to the car but not without Boris following closely behind me, I chuckled silently. We got into the car then suddenly I remembered something

"Please don't tell Jasmine James or Daniel, they will totally over react pretty please"I pleaded.

"Sorry" he said looking very apologetic, 

oh shoot they already told them now am in trouble and worse Jasmine, James or daniel will get very angry at them,and probably relieve them off their duties as my security team.

The thought alone made my eyes sting, I don't want any of them to leave me but then again I don't regret it because one they will get punished for tattling and two, I met a new friend and had a decent conversation with him well maybe not a conversation because I did all the talking and he said only a few words but still, now I am sad because I will never see my new friend again, I crossed my arms and huffed.

it serves them right, now I am in trouble and I am angry and so are they too, sometimes I don't get them, then we went in the direction I knew all too well,but not in the direction of Jasmine's office instead we were going to  Daniel's office.

" Boris, home is the turn before this street"  I said to Boris who is on the wheel driving, Stefan was in the passengers seat and was laughing to himself

"I know that, Allure, I was instructed by Daniel to bring you to him"that's when Stefan's not so silent laughter became louder

" What are you laughing about dumdum! You are going to get your punishment too" I crossed my arms in the backseat 

Oh great! I will get scolded by Daniel not by Jasmine, great now I am in an pickle.
