y/n: I just don't understand why you have to go!
Bucky: y/n it's not safe for you to be near me, I love you, but I can't stay here putting you in harm's way
Steve: y/n, I hate he's leaving again, but you're not safe with him around
y/n: I DON'T CARE ABOUT BEING SAFE, I JUST WANT BUCKY TO BE WITH ME!
Bucky: y/n I'm sorry, I love you, I promise we'll find each other one day.
*one week later*
He's been gone for a week, but it feels like it's been years, I've never felt so empty. I miss him, I still remember the first time I met him.
*9 months previous*
y/n: Cap! Nat's down, hurry and disable the last helicarrier, we don't have much time!
I watched as the Winter Soldier walked close, killing all those who came near. I wasn't able to move, I was paralyzed, he kept coming closer, and closer. I didn't realize when I was up against a helicopter, Winter Soldier inches away from my face.
y/n: Why are you doing this?
Winter Soldier: It's my mission, you're my mission
y/n: No, you have a choice, you're capable of making your own decisions!
He just looked me in the eyes, I could see the sadness, how broken he was, how he didn't want to do any of this.
y/n: I'm y/n, what's your name?
Winter Soldier: Bucky
y/n: Well, Bucky, I have a feeling we'll see each other soon enough, if you let me live, I can help you out of this world, I can tell you're not quite fond of it.
Bucky: I'm dangerous, why would you want to help?
y/n: I can see the good in you, here *hands a piece of paper* it's my address if you ever feel like doing what you believe is right.
Bucky: I just might take you up on that offer, but right now it's not safe for you here *winks, and runs away*
