LEGENDS:
The Strovik River: It is said that the first king of Rainvir, Strovik I, split the river into 4 different sections in order to separate the Four Kingdoms— also known as the Four Elements— from waging a perilous civil war against eachother. Since Strovik the First was praised as a god, the people of Rainvir believed that if they threw a danvir into the river and thought of a wish, their wish would come true.
Forest of the Mystics: A mysterious forest where it's background is unknown but holds immense amounts of magic within its area. It is said that only the Magnus of Four Elements could access the forest's secrets, but until then it acts as a forest where the Kormen reside.
Forest of the Ancients: A forest where novice and master Magnus casters train and meditate. It is said that the forest holds tremendous amounts of magic, but also tremendously less than the Forest of Mystics, where Magnus casters have yet to release the true power of the forest. Until then, the Forest of the Ancients acts as a training ground for new Magnus casters.
Norvir: Also known as King's Peak, is the residence of the ferocious Dragnor. Every year, Rainvir must choose a candidate to sacrifice to the Dragnor, or great destruction would fall upon Rainvir. It was said that Dragnor was Emperor Krovik's son, but it is still unknown today about its origins.
Skralav Keep: Also known as the "Great Library of Knowledge", it holds many forgotten secrets and ancient texts of Rainvir. What is held inside of the Skralav Keep is unknown, as the barrier has still yet to be broken. The Directory of Magnus is working hard to decipher the spell to break the barrier, but it is rumored that it will take hundreds of years until it is broken.
CITIES:
Kramvir: Also known as the Industrial City of Rainvir, is a walled-in city where most of Rainvir's residents reside in. It produces electricity for the whole of Ranvir, excluding the Ranvar Farmlands, which generate its own power.
City of Talon: Also called the City of Magnus, which was the first established city by Strovik the First. The city is popular with the common folk, and also acts as a good tourist location. It is now overlooked by the tyrannical dictator, Strovik the Fifth.
Tamir: Considered as the "slums" of Rainvir, and it mostly houses the Manvir that are among the common folk (people unable to wield Magnus). Theives are very common in Tamir, and it is a city where nobles and most people stay away from. The city is also known for its lawless notoriety, where drug lords and black markets operate.
Southtown: Also known as the trading center of Rainvir. The marketplace connects both the City of Talon and Tamir, so it is known for its diverse races of people. Southtown is also famous for the experienced blacksmiths that reside in the area.
Ranvar Farmlands: Controlled by the Rainvir Table of Headmasters, residents are unsatisfied with how little freedom they have against them. In protest, they shut themselves off from the government and operate freely without the restrictions of the Headmasters. They still use the road connected to Kramvir and Tamir, as they still need to access it for trading purposes. Ranvar is famous for its fresh bread and expensive wheat.
Bandit Outpost: An outpost where the unlucky Kormen and Rakviks reside in. Without danvir and jobs, they work together to steal money from the rich and poor. The bandit outpost is secluded by the towering mountains behind it and the Darknar River in front of it. No one dares to step in except for shady businessmen that play their luck in the thieve's hands.
Army Outposts: Unmarked on the map, they are scattered everywhere within the outskirts of cities and uncharted territories of Rainvir. They were used during the First War of the Four Kingdoms, but are still very active today, as cities still fight over for territory.
GRUDGES:
The Kormen and Rakviks have always been at war, fighting over for territory in uncharted areas of Rainvir.
RACES:
Kormen: Cats that stand on hind legs, resides in the Forest of the Mystics.
Rakviks: Also cats that stand on hind legs, resides in the Forest of the Mystics.
Manvir: The humans, some are Magnus wielders, and most are not. They live all over the place, including the Forest of the Ancients.
