The Battle for Love

It was a nice day and the group were walking happily down a field with pikachu in front of the group with pip by his side, ash and serena behind them with serena holding togepi, bonnie behind the pair and lastly was clemont who wanted the others to slow down when they weren't going to fast
"it's such a nice day" bonnie says happily as she skips behind serena
"i agree and i think everyday this week has been a nice day" serena says thinking about it
"your right" clemont says as he thought about it too "we haven't had a rainy day once this week" he adds as he stops
serena then takes out her guild tablet and looks up the weather
"it will stay sunny till next monday where there's going to be a thunderstorm with heavy rain" serena says as she looks at her tablet
"hopefully we will be in a pokemon center by then" ash says looking at serena
"me too" serena says thinking about not wanting to get wet from the heavy rain
"hey, why don't we stop here for a bit?" bonnie asked as she realises the field they were on was huge
"...sure! i want to train with tynamo anyway" clemont says as he puts his backpack down
the others do the same and then they let out all their pokemon, after settling down the pokemon were happily doing their own thing from napping in the sun, playing, sunbathing and exploring, serena was giving togepi affection, bonnie was playing peek a boo with dedenne, clemont had brought out tynamo and ash decided to use hawlucha to battle tynamo
"ok, you ready clemont" ash says to clemont
"i'm ready" clemont replies
"ok and...go!" ash shouts "hawlucha use x-scissor!" he commands hawlucha and the wrestling pokemon obeys
"tynamo! dodge it and use thunder wave" clemont commands and tynamo obeys with determination
meanwhile pikachu and pip were chilling a little always from serena and they were happily comfortable with each other lying on the grass, pikachu was looking at the sky with sometimes looking at pip while pip was snuggled up agents pikachu and both of them were happy but what they didn't know is that a pokemon was watching them from the bushes not far from where they were lying, the pokemon had jealously in his face while staring at pikachu and pip and then it runs off into the woods with an idea, back with serena and she was feeding togepi a poke puff which the baby pokemon loved a lot
"togepi!" 'yummy!' togepi says happily in between bites and serena smiles happily
"i'm glad you like it" serena says watching togepi take another bite
serena then looks up to see the battle with ash's hawlucha and clemont's tynamo with clemont having a advantage as tynamo being a electric type and hawlucha being a flying type, serena then looks over at bonnie with her and dedenne trying to stop pancham and chespin from fighting again and lastly serena looks over at pikachu and pip after checking where the other pokemon were and she saw a cute sight
'aww! that's so cute' serena says cuted out by pikachu and pip snuggling
then all of a sudden a loud cry was heard and it made everyone stop what they were doing to the direction of the cry
"what was that?" ash asked curiously
"i don't know but it sounds like it was over there" clemont says and he points to the direction he heard the cry
then where clemont had pointed the bushes started to russel and then a pokemon jumps out of the bushes
"helio!" the pokemon says as it lands on the ground looking at pikachu and pip
"whoa! it's a heliolisk" clemont says in surprise and then ash brings out his pokédexs
"heliolisk, the generator pokemon, this pokemon can flare their frills to generate electricity and it can make enough power to generate a skyscraper" the pokedex explains as the heliolisk storms over to pikachu and pip
"heliolisk helio heliolisk" 'well hello there little lady" the heliolisk says flirting with pip "heliolisk helio heli" 'never seen you around here before' he adds still flirting with pip
"pi! pika pika pika!" 'hey! leave pip alone!" pikachu says protectively as he sees pip looked really uncomfortable and she hides behind him
"heliolisk, helio heliolisk heliolisk helio helio" 'go away small fry, i'm bigger and stronger then you so don't mess with me' the heliolisk says in a bullying tone which gets pikachu annoyed
"pikachu pika pi pikachu pika pika pi pikachu" 'being bigger and stronger doesn't mean anything if you are going to be a bully' pikachu says protecting pip
"what's going on?" bonnie asked as she looks at ash and serena
"i think the heliolisk is flirting with pip and pikachu doesn't like it" serena says thinking about it
"heliolisk, helio heliolisk heliolisk helio" 'well yeah, let's have a battle to see who's stronger' the heliolisk says in a taunting tone
"pika-" you're-" pikachu says but was surprisingly cut off by pip
"pi! pikachu pika pi pika pika" 'no! i will take you on instead' pip says angry and this make pikachu shocked "pika pikachu pika pi pikachu pika pika...pikachu pika pi" 'and if i will you'll leave us alone but if you win...i will go on a date with you' she adds and the heliolisk thought about it
"helio, heliolisk!" 'ok, your on!' the heliolisk says and he runs over to where clemont ans ash were battling earlier
pip was about to follow but pikachu stops her
"what's happening?" bonnie asked confused as she sees heliolisk going to where ash and clemont were battling earlier
"pip has decided to battle the heliolisk instade of pikachu and if she wins the heliolisk will have to leave but if heliolisk wins, it will get to go on a date with pip" serena explains and bonnie gasps
"a battle of love! oh how romantic!" bonnie says in a fangirly tone
"pikachu pika pi?" 'are you sure about this?' pikachu asked with concern
"...pi pika pikachu pika pi pika pika" '...no but i'm going to do it for you' pip says then runs off for the battle after nuzzling pikachu on his right cheek
pikachu watched pip run away and then a blush creeps up on his face, he then puts his hands on his face in embarrassment and then he looks up again, he sees that pip was on the left side while the heliolisk was on the right side and the pair looked ready to fight
"ok, the fight between pip and heliolisk starts...now!" clemont says and swipes his hand down when he shouts
(Battle starts now and the heliolisk moves are quick attack, thunderbolt, camoflage and electrify while pip's are nuzzle, thunderbolt, volt tackle and iron tail)
the battle begins and heliolisk starts off with a thunderbolt, he charges up and then lets go of a lightning bolt which hits pip, the mouse pokemon takes the hit and she didn't feel effective by the attack as she just gets pushed back a little by the strength of the bolt
"whao! pip took that thunderbolt like a champ!" ash says amazed by pip
"she doesn't look like she took any damage from the attack" clement says amazed and confused but then he knows what's up "serena, i think pip has the ability lightning rod" he says to serena
"lightning rod?" bonnie says confused not knowing what the ability was
"yes, lightning rod is a ability that when the pokemon is hit by a electric attacks, it can absorb the attack and  boost its special attack up" clemont explains
"wow! that's so cool" ash says amazed
"pika pi!" 'go pip!' pikachu cheers happily and it made pip smile
pip then jumps up and uses her iron tail as her tail turns iron silver, the heliolisk tries and dodge the attack but it failed as pip smack him across the face sending him flying to the left, when heliolisk hits the ground it gets right back up again with anger in his face, he then uses quick attack towards pip but pip dodges it then charges a thunderbolt as she was in the air, she then lets go of the thunderbolt hitting heliolisk and due to the special attack boost from the lightning rod ability it does double damage to heliolisk, heliolisk then goes down again after the thunderbolt was done and it struggles to stand up
"helio...heliolisk helio" 'you are...quite strong for a girl' the heliolisk struggles to say
"pika" 'thank you' pip replies with a cocky smile
"you can do it, pip!" serena says cheering on her pokemon
"yeah! you can do it pip!" ash added also cheering for pip
"pikachu pika pi!" 'i believe in you, pip!' pikachu shouts happily with his paws on his mouth
pip smiles at her friends and her boyfriend pikachu then she activates her volt tackle, the heliolisk realises what pip was doing and tries to dodge the attack using quick attack but pip was faster and she manage to hit heliolisk, the generator pokemon then flies back and it landed on the ground with swirls in his eyes
"heliolisk is unable to battle, pip wins!" clement announces and pikachu bolts over to pip with a smile on his face
"pikachu pi pika pi" 'you did it pip" pikachu says happily and pip blushes
"pi...pikachu pika pi pikachu" 'well...i couldn't of done it without your training' pip says looking at pikachu with a blush on her face
the 2 pikachus smile at each other till their trainer come over with bonnie, togepi and clemont behind them
"you did great, pip" serena says as she pick up pip
"yeah, that was a great battle" ash says as he picks up pikachu "i bet it was pikachu that helped you to battle" he adds and this causes pip to rub the back of her head embarrassed
"togepi, togepi" 'good job, good job' togepi says happily from the ground infront of serena
"pikachu pi pi pi" 'thank you togepi' pip says happily as serena puts pip on the ground again and pip pets togepi happily
clemont then went over to the heliolisk to check if he was alright with bonnie not far behind him
"are you alright, heliolisk?" clemont asked as he pushes heliolisk's head up
"he...heliolisk" 'i'm...i'm alright' heliolisk says as he stands up slowly and than shake his body
heliolisk felt better after the shake and then he went over to pip and pikachu, he then stuck his hand out and pip shakes it after hesitating
"helio heliolisk helio helio...heliolisk helio heliolisk" 'that was a good battle, i'll be off then...and i'm sorry for being a bully' the heliolisk says to pip and then he runs off back into the forest
everyone watches heliolisk go then after a bit everyone goes back to what they were doing like nothing
"hey pip and pikachu! do you want some pokepuffs?" serena says as she grabs 2 pokepuffs that she made for pikachu and pip
the 2 pikachus nod and they go over to serena, serena then hands pip and pikachu a pokepuff and the pair tuck into it, the taste of the puff was delicious as it had a small dose of ketchup in there which both pikachu and pip love so they manage to finish the whole puff in a few bites, everyone then decides after another 20 minutes to carry on with the journey to their next destination
