I was wearing out my carpet. Why was Diego taking so long! We had to pledge tonight! Plus the dance! I cant stand crowds!
So, the thing with Diego and i is that we're hybrids. He's part vampyre and im part witch. I know! Crazy right! Our dad is hellhound and our mothers are our other half. Tonight im dancing with my brother. There is alot of other people but i'd prefer Diego. He's a bit rough but it's Diego's nature.
I walked to my drawer and took out my red dress. Wait! Red dress!? Mine is black! Im doing ballroom not tango! This one is Holly's. She got it for her dance. The top half is fitted and the bottom flared. It was off the right shoulder with a silver,diamante leaf from the shoulder to the right side of the waist. The dress was blood red with a slit going just under the female panty-line. This was a nightmare!
"HOLLY!" I yelled. Holly ia a small sized, red haired girl with a big mouth and attitude. She also has a squeaky voice. She poked her head out the bathroom. "I'snt the red dress yours?" I asked her. "Oh no!" She squeaked. "I have a white one. Im doing the Latin American with Diego. He managed to get you anothet dance partner. I dont know who though." "Hybrid or not?" I asked. "Hellhound." She said and closed the door. The bitch was lying! She knows who it is.
Diego entered the room. I threw my hands up and started yelling in spanish. "Why the hell did'nt you tell me!? You can't just abandon me at the last minute! At least tell me who it is!" "Thought you knew." He said calmly and walked to the bathroom door. "Ready,Holly?" "Almost." She said. I sat on my bed. Who was my dance partner? I hoped it was a Valdez or even a Huddinson. Please not a Belisaere. Not after Balthozar! He broke me down. That while goddamn family is persuasive.
Just at that thought someone knocked on the door.
