First Love

"Dring , dring" the phone rang and i picked it up.

"Rosie are you coming?" Amy said.

Amy is my best friend in the whole world. We were friends since kindergarten. Today is her birthday and I'm late because i just came from math lessons because im not that good in maths. I bought her a necklace which said BFF. I finally picked up my outfit of the night, its a short black dress and i paired it with some black boots. My mum drove me to the pizza place because thats where the party is and i cant wait until i get my drivers licence because everyone from my class can drive including Amy except me. I was finally there and there were  people that i didn't know.

" Happy Birthday Amy, you're finally 17 huh?" i said to her.

" Yeah im glad you made and what took you so long..., let me guess... extra maths lessons again?" she said and she was a bit sad.

" Yeah... sorry... but hey I'm here now... so what are we waiting for", i said with a louder voice.

" OK but first i'd like to meet my friends, this is Bella, Mary, Kate and Jake",  she told me and showing me who is who.

I didn't  know anyone because Amy changed school last year and she made friends really quickly. We ate some amazing , delicious pizza OMG it was like HEAVEN and i think i was the only one who ate more than 6 pieces. Then we sang Amy the Happy Birthday song as usual and then we ate cake. The cake was not bad but i still ate. Amy was busy dancing with her friends and i didn't bother her because it's her birthday and she can do whatever she wants so i went outside to walk a little. While i was walking i sat on a bench because i was a bit tired of walking. I sat down and i was looking at couples walking on the seaside and people smoking outside but it was quiet. Suddenly a boy comes and sits next to me and said:

" Why aren't you dancing with the others?"

"I'm not much of a dancer", i said staring at his gorgeous blue eyes. " What about you why aren't you dancing?"

" Well I'm also not much of a dancer myself", he said staring at me.

" So... i'm Jake and you are?" he said.

I didn't answer because i was too busy staring at him. After a while finally I opened my mouth and said:

"  Huh... oh my name is Rosie and you are..?"

" Ha, you're pretty funny", he said giving a cute small smile but I still didn't know what was funny.

We were talking for a long time and then Amy came and said:

" So... what are you doing you too?"

" Nothing just talking ", he said looking at me.

"Um... Jake can i have Rosie for a minute?" Amy said staring at me.

"Yeah sure", he said looking at me.And i went with Amy somewhere further from Jake.

" So i see that you met Jake, he is nice right?"

" Yes he is really nice, really kind and cute " I said thinking of Jake.

Suddenly my phone buzzed and it was a text from.....MUM .And it read:

"I'm coming in 5 minutes be outside".

I told Amy that I'm leaving. Everyone left  and i saw that Jake wasn't there so I knew that he left. I will see Amy because I'm going for a sleepover at her house. I went outside to wait for my mum.

" So you're leaving?"

I looked behind me and it was Jake smiling at me.

"Yeah like any second", i said to him. " So i guess this is goodbye"

"Wait... I'll give you my phone number", he said giving me his.

"OK... um here is mine", "So I'll see you..."

"Soon", he interrupted and giving me a smile.

At last my mum came and I was embarrassed becausehe was staring at me and I knew that he could drive but I still can't. I was sad to leave because I wanted to talk to him more. I came home and I started to pack my bag for the night and I'm going to walk because her house is close to mine. While I was packing my phone buzzed and it was a text  from .....Amy and it read:

"So are you coming ?"

" I'm coming just give a few minutes". 

I started to pack quicker until my phone buzzed again and it was a text from.... Jake. He wrote:

"Hi how are you?"

"I'm fine you?"

"I'm ok, so what ate you doing?"

"Nothing", i wrote but i was going to the sleepover but I called her and told her verything and appologized and she was ok with it.

Me and Jake were texting for hours and when i checked the time it was 12:30 and I told him:

"Maybe we should stop texting because it's late and my fingers hurt from pressing the buttons"

"Yeah we should"

"Good Night"

"Good Night"

I put my phone on my desk and when I closed the lights my phone buzzed again I checked and it read: 

"Sweet Dreams".
