This 'story' takes place on a distant planet , on a distant galaxy , from the Milky Way Galaxy.

It may contain elements from other anime , most obvious of them is Dragon Ball As the 'main character' is a saiyan. If you are not familiar with Dragon ball  , maybe this will help

Now with that out of the way. Let's begin with the lore of this world. Most of people are born with a unique power. I said most because some are just not born with any type of power. But , Once an old man created a hope for who are born with no powers. He created approximately 433 special powers , most of which resembles the powers which people are born with. This artificial power is known as "Arts". Now the arts ARE weaker than the natural powers , though with training and control , it is possible to surpass people with natural powers. To activate arts , the person has to do some kind of pose , mostly to join their hands in some certain way. There are other forms of Arts like Krizirin Arts Style, the user joins their hands to activate. Many Arts can be created to be used by any Arts style though there some perks and signature Arts which come along with when you learn an Arts Syle.

Remember , Arts Style is not to be confused with Arts.

Arts is the power and attack.

And Arts style is the way of activating and using it.
