Panting, Luke and I finally reached my house. "I'm home!" I yelled to my mother. "Hello, honey! Who's this?"

My mum said as she walked down the stairs. "This is Luke from work. He was being attacked by some unknown alien." I replied.

My mother's expression changed to worry, for there was no doctor in this universe that we knew of. "I knocked him out, but I don't know where he is now." I said.

"Well, we'll just have to keep a look out for anything unusual." My mum said, walking into the kitchen. "Come on." I told Luke, pulling him up the stairs to my room. I think back to what the strange alien looked like, a red, ugly alien with bumps and suckers everywhere. I could have sworn he changed into Luke's form for a split second.

"How and when did the alien attack you? I asked Luke. "Well I had been off work for a little bit before I realized I forgot my wallet. As soon as I figured out it was missing, I hurried back to the shop. When I came in through the back door, I saw our manager unloading some boxes. It was pretty normal, until he turned into that weird monster and started chocking me. Then you came in. Thanks for saving me by the way. If there's anything I can help you with, just ask." Luke replied.

I smiled, because he had unintentionally become my partner in this alien mystery. "Well that's good to hear." I said "because we've got to head back to the shop to lock up." His eyes practically bulged out his.

This made me laugh, he looked pretty funny. "Are you insane!? What if that alien's still there!?" He asked, almost shouting. "Who the hell are you, anyways? You know my name, but I don't know yours! How do I know you're not a monster in disguise, too?!"

He was breathing heavily, I guess this was to much for him. Unfortunately, I couldn't think of a better story, so I figured I'd just have to tell him the whole truth. The worst that could happen is that he would think I was insane.
