"Amazing grace how sweet the sound I once was lost but now I'm found". The congregation in the old Hillwoods church sang as they carried Mr Dawson's coffin out to lay him to rest.Mrs Dawson and Ella Dawson wept bitterly holding each other while Scarlett Dawson was as neutral as a blank portrait showing no sign of emotion.She knew if her mother and sister couldn't be strong she would have to be the strong one.Her bestfriend Emily squeezed her hand and hovered over her wanting her to know that it was okay to cry to let all out but Scarlett fought back the tears and etched a smile."My dad wouldn't want us to be sobbing and to be falling all over the place he would want us to be happy" she told Emily giving her another smile  when the coffin was finally out of sight.But Emily knew better then that she knew Scarlett was hurting inside even having said that Emily hugged her once more.They then went to the park to get some ice-cream since Scarlett didn't want to deal with all the sulked up people that she hasn't seen since her first birthday.Scarlett and Emily hung out at the park until dark but even then she knew her house would still be filled with mourning relatives.She was proved right since uncle Dunn's red pick up truck was still in thier drive way and all these other vehicles were lined up along her street when she arrived at home.Emily decided that she'd stay the night even if Scarlett assured her that she was all fine.Scarlett just wanted to be alone she liked Emily being around but she hate for her to see her break down and cry.She vowed to never cry infront of anybody even if it were her best friend,even if her heart hurt.She got to her room as Emily started chatting to Scarlett's older cousin Jay which she thought Emily fancied.She then climbed to the roof top and there she sat and cried her heart out.Momments later she heard a voice she cursed herself for not choosing a better place to hide and drown her sorrows."Scar'' the voice said  and even though her mind was in a whizz even through the blur of her sobs she knew exactly who it was but could it be? "I thought I'd find you here" the voice said again.
