Ichimatsu x Sad!reader

You covered yourself with a blanket as you pressed your wet eyes with it. You bit your lip from preventing to let out a single sound of sobs but failed miserably.
You feel your eyes getting so numb from crying too much for the past hour, you just felt paralyzed and couldn't move except for curling up like a small ball.

You hated this feeling, you hated those nightmares of yours. They would always bring you to tears more than it should, you were hyperventilating.

"I'm scared......I'm so scared......" You sobbed and hugged your knees tighter, that's when you hear your phone ringing. You didn't care who was, until you saw who was calling you and it was Todomatsu. Your boyfriend's brother.

You sniffled and wiped your tears before reaching out to your phone on the bedside table.

You started to adjust your voice for a minute so it wouldn't sound too obvious that you've been crying.

"Um, h-hello.....?" You coughed.

"Aah! (Y/N) chan, Ichimatsu nii san wants to talk to you!" You hear Totty's voice from the other end, you smiled just thinking about your boyfriend Ichimatsu.

"Okay, where is he?" You said, trying your best not to stutter.

There was silence on the other end before Ichimatsu's voice came suddenly which made you jump.

"Hey" He said, you sighed and coughed again to adjust your voice.

"Hi Ichimatsu, What's up?" You tried to sound as cheerful or as normal as possible, that's when the thoughts of those nighmares came back to your brain, making your breath hitch.

"Can I come over?" Ichimatsu asked, your eyes widened as tears starts to flow again.

"No! Uhm....no you couldn't right now c-cause I'm busy...." You said quickly before covering up your mouth, a sob almost escaped,

"Really? With what....?" Ichimatsu asked again, he seems unsure of you and suspicious. You bit your lip for a second before answering.

"I just.....don't want to talk to anyone r-right now......" You say before letting out an empty sobbed which thankfully the cat person didn't hear.

"Hmm.....Totty can you make this turn to video call?" Hearing Ichimatsu said that almost made your heart skipped a beat, you didn't want your boyfriend to see you like this!

"No no! My hair i-is messy and I just woke up...." You say as you try to think of an excuse.

But that's when all the sad feelings you've been holding back just spread like wildfire, you started crying and sobbing, your pillows getting wet from the tears.

"Please......don't c-come over" You sobbed as you sniffled into the pillow, there was silence on the other side. You then hear the phone fall and Todomatsu yelling.

"Ichimatsu nii san?! You dropped my phone!"

You hear someone banging on the door, begged to be let in. You walked over there with your shaking body and looked through the key hole.

"I-Ichimatsu....?" You whispered under your breath before unlocking and opening the door only to be immediatly greeted by a warm hug and a kiss to the forehead.

"Wh-Ichimatsu! S-stop...." You pouted as you push him lightly.
"Y-you should've told me you've b-been crying dummy....." Ichimatsu mumbled Before nuzzling his nose into your neck.

"I just don't want to you to see me like this....." You said softly before patting his back, the both of you let go and sat by the couch.

"Did someone make you cry? Where are they?" Ichimatsu said rather in a scary tone, you could see him clutching his fists.

"No, it's just a dumb nightmare......"
"Oh, wh-what was it about?"
"Just......loosing loved o-ones, like you....." You muttered under your breath before your whole body starts to shake.

"(Y/N)...." Ichimatsu breathed out before pulling you in for another hug. His embrace felt so nice and warm that you just wanted him to keep cuddling you forever.

"I would never leave you, Idiot. You're the m-most important person i-in my life......" You've never heard Ichimatsu say something so affectionate. I mean sure, you two were dating but he could sometimes be too shy or embarrassed to say anything like that.

"You too.....I'm sorry for making you worried," You said before burying your face into his chest with a slight pink blush.

Ichimatsu cupped your cheeks and make you look at him, then he placed a kiss on your lips which lasted a minute at least. It was amazing and heartwarming.

"I love you, (Y/N)....."
"I love you too, dummy. Heh"
