Light in the Dark (Aoba x Blind male reader)(Good and Bad ends)

You were alone in a dark black world. No colors, no shapes, whatever the hell they were. No one wanted to be with you since people thought you were a pain to try to help. Yet, your friend Aoba was by your side to help you with your problems. You never really understood why. No one wants to be with you. You really wanted to see what Aoba looked like, and that was it really. You only had one hint. You were sitting with him, and you wound up grabbing his hair and he reacted rather quickly. He had to explain to you that he had nerves in his hair, so you were careful. You were always very careless about your surroundings, so that worried Aoba a lot. He even caught you holding a knife carelessly! "Please, just be careful." Aoba always said.

You were ashamed of yourself every time he said that to you. Everything he did for you, and you can't do anything for him in return. "I'm sorry." You'd always say.

He'd always side hug you in response. You almost never left your house, and when you did, you needed special help. Mainly from professionals, but you kept trying to deny it. You didn't want anymore help.

[Three days later]

Aoba asked if you wanted to come to his house for a sleepover. Of course, you accepted. One of your special needs people said they'd accompany you, but you turned them down hard. "I don't need any of your help! Just leave me alone!" You cried.

You ran out of your house, into the unknown dark world. You were at a terrible risk just running outside. What if you got hit by a car? What if someone mugged you? Many people were screaming at you for carelessly running. You didn't care. You wanted to leave this world. You wanted to die. If you died, Aoba wouldn't need to take care of you anymore. You paused during your running. A loud noise was coming closer and closer to you. Little did you know, you were standing in the middle of the road. "(Y/n)!" A voice screamed.

Aoba. You made a run for it again. He continued to chase you, but every time you stopped, you were on the verge of death. That was until you ran further away to the beach. You heard water rushing ahead of you. This is the place. You were about to run in the water, but a voice screamed, "Stop!"

You stopped, but in that moment, something happened that you did not understand.

[Inside your mind, Aoba's pov]

I accidently used Scrap on (y/n). I went deep into his dark mind. I couldn't see anything. It's what (y/n)'s been seeing all his life. "(Y/n)!" I called.

I saw him in the distance. I ran closer to him, and ghost like beings swirled around me. They symbolize (y/n)'s blindness. I pushed away the spirits and continued to find (y/n). I got closer, and there were more spirits. Behind them was (y/n). Yet, there were nooses all over him. Not only his neck, but on his waist, and there were some smaller ones on his wrists and ankles. "(Y/n)!" I called.

He opened his eyes. "Do you see me?" I call.

"No...what's happening to me?" He whimpered.

I got to him and tried to remove the nooses from him. I felt rope burns on my hands. "Agh!" I gasped.

"I'm worthless Aoba." He said quietly, "I'm nothing but a burden to everyone."

"(Y/n), you're not a burden! Listen to me!" I shout, "You're not a burden to anyone! Everyone just wants to help you!"

"Leave me be." He said quietly.

"No! I won't leave you!" I shouted.

A noose on his wrist snapped off. "You'll never be a burden! Everything will be fine!" I shout.

The other noose on his wrist snapped off too. His arms dangled weakly. Encouragement will snap them. If I say encouraging words, I'll save him. I have to be careful about what I say. "I'll always be here for you! I won't leave you!" I shouted.

A noose on his ankle snapped. "You're my everything! I'll help you until you die if I have to!" I shouted.

The other noose on his ankle snapped. Soon, the two remaining were around his neck and waist. I have this one chance. If the noose on his waist snaps, he'll have the one on his neck and get strangled to death. I have to be careful. In that moment, I knew what I had to say. "(Y/n)..."

I pick: I love you.

"(Y/n)...I love you!" I shouted.

The noose on his neck snapped, and now his weight caused him to fall upside down hanging by his waist. "You...do...?" He asks.

"Yes!" I said.

The last noose snapped. "Aoba..." He said.

I hugged him. In the moments I was encouraging him, his memories flashed before my eyes. How he was picked on, thrown around like a rag doll. "I'm going to destroy you" I said. "You'll be free."

Like that, I destroyed him.

[Normal pov]

You got up. What happened? Wait-! You weren't in the dark! The sight was so strange! "Aoba, where are you?!" You gasped.

"Right...here." grunted Aoba getting up.

"Aoba! What's happening?!" You gasped.

You turned around, and saw him. Blue hair, yellowy brown eyes, is this...Aoba?! "Aoba..." You started, "is that you?"

"You can see me?" Asked Aoba.

"That's you?" You asked.

"Yes." He responded.

Not believing what you were seeing, you hugged him. "Aoba, I can see!" You cried.

Aoba gave you a warm hug as you cried. "Your eyes now see a new world (y/n)." He said, "And I'll show you that world."

[Time skip]

After a week, you knew what shapes and colors were and was shown around the island. You were surprised by what you were living on the whole time. It was beautiful, beyond anything you could imagine (even though you never saw the world up until now). You and Aoba went back to the beach and you both admired the beautiful sunset. "Do you think Scrap had a side affect that made me see?" You ask Aoba.

"I'm not sure." He said. "It might have."

You hugged him from the side and said, "Aoba, I'm glad you're my friend."

Aoba smiled and said, "Me too."

That was when, the noose on his waist snapped, and I saw him being strangled! A white flash came from behind me. What I just said...did I fail using Scrap?

[Back to reality, normal pov]

You woke up, still in the dark world. "I'm not going to be a burden anymore Aoba." You said aloud, "and you're coming with me."

You started to drag Aoba, who was still unconscious, towards the water. You felt him struggle in your arms, but you continued to keep going. You both went deeper an deeper into the water, until you were both struggling for air. That was when, you both drowned. Both seeing darkness. Never to be found by anyone.
