EXO One Shot - What's wrong Sehun ?

Now all of them were worried. Sehun wasn't the types to stay quiet or even more so to hold his feelings in. Sehun had been very un-Sehun for the lack of better word for most part of the last 10 days.

Lingering doubts over his behavior had troubled them over the last one week but they had all dismissed those doubts. They hadn't even taken the time out to discuss it. They all loved him. What was there not to love about Sehun. He was goofy and adorable in a dorky way. But now it was reaching the panic button level. They had gone to a radio station in the morning in their staff bus. He hadn't fought with Chanyeol over the music selection.

They had reached the radio station and as expected the interview had been chaotically funny. Baekhyun had been Baekhyun and had everyone in splits. Sehun was participative but his laughter wasn't the laughter they had gotten accustomed to. This was a more polite laughter that Sehun had developed that he used when he was in a more formal set up. The radio station had stocked the snack table for them. Normally, Sehun would have walked up to the table grabbed a few granola bars and snack packets and placed them in front of other members too. This time he waited for everyone to sit and occupied the empty chair. Do noticed it and gave Sehun his trademark questioning glare. Sehun smiled at him and juts shrugged his shoulders. That was when Do noticed something was amiss. May be he was tired. He had been juggling  a reality show, concert preparation and interviews for the last 15 days.  This was the time when Do realized something was wrong.

Kai had been practicing with Sehun for the last two hours at the practice studio. An outsider would be oblivious to Sehun's changed behavior but Kai knew better. Something was missing. Sehun was joking and having fun with the managerial staff but it wasn't just 100 percent Sehun loaded behavior.

Dance practice sessions with Sehun were always fun. He would get it right and then goof up again. Everytime he performed the routine correctly, he would give himself a pat on his back and smack Kai on his bum. Today he had mastered the routine but his celebration included only a high five. The choreographer and the manager stepped out of the studio telling them that the routine was more or less finalized.

Kai saw Sehun retreting and heading to his back pack to drink water.

"Sehun, I'm heading to Kamong." Kai told him.

Sehun turned around with a puzzled look and asked him,"What?"

Kai smiled to himself. Sehun was still such a baby. Reading in between lines wasn't really his cup of tea.

"I'm going to Kamong to meet Jung-ah. Join me." Kai hadn't really warmed up to the idea of coffee till date even though he had opened Kamong with his sister. It was an insider joke with the group. Kai rarely took other members to meet his sister. With Sehun it was an exception. Sehun always jumped at the opportunity to meet Jung-ah. He didn't have sisters and she was a noona for him.

"oh! Now?"He asked Kai.

"Yes, she will be wrapping up soon and then once she closes we could sit there for a little while. She was asking about you a yesterday." Kai informed him as he packed his bag ready to leave, certain that Sehun will join him.

"Sorry  Kai. I really need to head home. I have work, just work to manage." Sehun blurted as he gave Kai a rushed hug and a bow and hurried out of the studio.

Kai picked his bag and flung it on his shoulder. That was surprising. Sehun turning down a chance to step out at night. Then may be he did have some work he needed to look after!

That was the time Kai felt something was wrong.

Suho had been Sehun's roommate for 5 years and occasionally still shared a room. Suho was the leader of the pack and it was safe to say he knew just about how to handle each and everyone. With crazy practice schedules and concerts lined up they had been together in the dormitory for the last few days. Sehun had managed to reconcile with the idea of staying alone in a room but Sehun knew better. He would occasionally just give him the option to share a room. He would jump at the opportunity. He and Chen were more than happy to share a room with him. He had once made a mistake of letting Chanyeol and Sehun share a room. Entire team was greeted by haggard and sleepy Chanyeol and Sehun. They had played games until 6 in the morning , downing beers in the process. The three interviews they did that day , Suho was sure Chanyeol and Sehun slept through half of those. Two of them sharing a room was a disaster.
