Mondays. The most hateable day of the week.

"I got it, Jenna." Looking over at the school, my eyes shoot daggers at the hell hole. I watch students laughing with their friends and enjoying the time they have before class starts. I also watch those who aren't as eager to be there, the people that share the similar dark bags under their eyes and coffee mugs on one hand to try to boost up the energy they lost from staying up all night, I shall fit under that category. Maybe I should have listened to Jenna last night and actually go to be earlier. I sigh, "Just go to the front office, ask for my schedule, then head to class I got it."

"Alright and Kor?"

"What's up?"

Just have fun okay?" She says on the other side of the line.

"Jenna you're hilarious, just got back to Mystic Falls to find out my aunt enrolled me to start school the second day of my arrival. I'm just bursting with joy." I dislike school more than anything, but I'm not bad at it. It's manipulating, I dislike school more than anything but I don't like bad grades so I do the best I can to keep a good grade. That involves having a high dosage of caffeine to be able to study. "Have you ever thought about being a comedian?" I ask.

"It's a career that has peeked some interest." My sarcasm is hard to control at times, walking down the halls I recognize no one. I'm just glad Jenna doesn't take me serious and I say a quick goodbye before hanging up on her.

I ignore the looks I get from the students in the hallways and try to guide my way through the school. Being the new kid is probably the most horrifying thing, but it still doesn't bother me much. I sigh once I'm able to find the office.

"May I help you?" One of the receptionists ask from behind the counter.

"Yeah I'm here to pick up my schedule."

"Okay great, could I get your last name?"

"Gilbert, Coraline Gilbert."

"Alright Coraline, I'm gonna get your schedule printed out it'll be just a sec." I shoot her a smile and begin to tap away on her desk, looking around the room anxiously while I wait for her to come back. It's pretty hard being a new girl, I am not looking forward to walking into my first class and getting the types of looks that make me feel like I'm some Martian from another planet. Chill people, I just moved here.

"She told me you were here, I didn't think it would be this easy to find you." I turn around to see Elena smiling down at me, with a guy standing beside her. My eyes wander over to the two of them, awkwardly I turn my attention back to the lady who's making her way back to the counter.

"Here you go, sweetie."

"Thank you so much." I smile brightly at the lady and take my schedule.

"No problem Hun." I turn over to Elena. She's no longer a couple feet away, she's by my side and hugging me like I'm about to be shipped off to another country and I can't help to hug her back as tightly as she did.

"I missed you." She mutters against my hair.

"I missed you too."

"You're so big now." She pulls away, with her hands on my shoulders getting a good look at me. I look over her shoulder to the guy who was standing off to the side, she follows my gaze and notices what I'm staring at."Oh, I'm sorry Kory, this is Stefan, Stefan this is Kory my younger cousin." A light bulb goes off and remember Jenna mentioning him yesterday.

"Nice to meet you." He holds out his hand, just like Elijah did. Just the thought cause me to smirk, what an odd guy he was.

"Nice to meet you too Stefan."
