1| Friends 😄
Society organized people into different groups: popular, athletic, nerdy, high-tech, etc. Unfortunately, society decided to place me in the "unwanted" group. People don't want anything to do with this group, even the nerds. That's how bad we are.
Like in the title, we're not wanted. We're the ones who get bullied the most and the last person to be picked for a sports team. No, scratch that. We wouldn't even try to get in because we already know what will happen and avoid the humiliation. But there are some people in our group who have a small number of friends. Thankfully, I have Kaylee.
Kaylee and I met in middle school when she stood up for me after a girl dumped her spaghetti on my hair. Late night conversations and horrible puns later, we became friends. Actually, she's my only friend. But I wouldn't trade her for anyone or anything. She's the pillow to my bed, the swing to my set, basically the wifi to my phone. Does that make sense? Meh.
Without her, I wouldn't be here telling you my story. Oh and by the way, I'm April, an introvert with many thoughts but little to say.
