How to enter UA~part 2

I'm completely making up the entrance exams.

"Welcome recommendation students! You are here because one of our teachers thought that you were so amazing that you must enter UA!"
A pro-hero with blond hair introduced

I'm embarrassed that I actually never bothered to catch up of Japanese heroes and just rely on hair colours instead.

"You have been assigned to a pro-hero and a battle arena. You can either tie up the hero using the capture rope or escape through the exit to the west of the grounds."

I basically tuned out the rest of it.
What if I get stuck with a hero that can just punch me in the face and knock me out outright without their quirk and there's no one in my range that has a quirk that I can use positively in this situation and I just get knocked out in one hit and I get laughed at and I don't get into UA and my auntie moved here for no reason and and and-

"Hey. You okay?" A pro-hero with long black hair put their hand on my shoulder. I realised that I was having a small panic attack.
Unfortunately, I still couldn't speak
Everything was closing in and this new pressure to answer was just making it worse and everyone's going to think I'm weird and and-"
"Hey, lets just go somewhere quiet and get you something to drink. Come on."
They lead me over to a bench around the side of the building and gave me a small cup of water.
After a few minutes I finally calmed down enough to talk.

"Thank you so much."

"No problem kiddo. I'm Midnight."

"Thanks Mid. Can I call you Mid?"

"Sure. What's your name?"

"Aust- I mean Audrey. I recently changed my name and-"

"It's okay, you don't need to explain anything to me. What battle centre are you at?"

"5. With..." I glanced down at the paper I was given on arriving "Midnight."

"Oh yay! We'll be fighting! Don't try to run, I'll catch you." She winked and I giggled- I wanted to be like her when I grew up.

"Let's go Audrey."

"Start the battle in...3...2..1...go!"
I headed off to the exit, dodging between the buildings as I go and watching out if anyone entered my range.

I hadn't seen Mid at all and was nearly at the exit when I felt a presence enter my range

Roll your sleeves back.
Expose your wrists.

I grinned and whipped round to come face to face with Midnight.
"I told you not to run Audrey."

She prepared to roll back the fabric on her wrists, I knew what she was going to do.
Just as she exposed her wrists I exposed mine too and activated her quirk.
Her eyes went wide as she realised her quirk wasn't working.
Her eyes went wider when she looked up and saw that I was using it.

"What..."

"It's my quirk," I smiled "No hard feelings."
She was, of course, quickly knocked out by her own fumes.
I covered up my wrists and deactivated my quirk, allowing the medics to enter the field.
I turned around and walked through the exit, passing the exam.

And entering UA.
