flirtatious talk that leads to nowhere.

warning: light profanity.

"What the hell are you doing here?" a man hissed through a dark mask that covered half of his face, revealing dark, purple eyes, shaded with malice. The other man, the one which confused the other by his presence, lazily smiled, his lips stretching upwards as his finger brandished the edge of a knife tucked in his belt, the softest of laughter escape his mouth. His own eyes shined with amusement.
They were standing in an alleyway under the reign of the stars, at about 3 in the morning. The streets were dead, the only sound the streetlights' soft buzzing.
"I was sent here by them." the other man clarified. His face was without his own mask, and therefore puffs of his breath escaped into the chilly air. The man pulled the hood off the the other's head, and the man with violet eyes got irritated as his hair was then ruffled by the other, only slightly shorter man. "Damn it, Jay, leave me alone." the man with violet hair cursed. "Don't be so angry, baby." the other man, Jay, cooed, squishing the cheeks of the fuming man, "It doesn't match your face." "Stop doing that!" the man shoved Jay back, and Jay just chuckled as he dodged it. "I'm just playing, Stephen~" he hummed. Stephen gritted his teeth.
"You're here to abduct Hosuh Lee?" Stephen then continued, calming himself after a few seconds, "24 years of age, short, pasty skin-" "Blue eyes, silver hair, yada yada, yeah." Jay cut him off, rolling his eyes. Stephen cursed again, under his breath, and Jay could only give him his cheshire smile, which never failed to give Stephen chills. The smile stretched up to his ears in an unsettling way as his multicolored eyes seemed to glow in the dark, dead and cruel. He hated how it made him feel. Naked and vulnerable.
"You're saying the corporation doesn't trust me to take him alone?" Stephen asked, almost challengingly, and Jay just hummed softly, his face expressionless. He didn't reveal anything. Stephen just sighed. "Fine, then. He's in apartment 28, on floor 3, right?" he asked. Jay now chortled, "Why? You need my approval, darling?" Stephen was thankful for the mask he now wore. It hid his blushing face. "No." he spat out, pleased with himself that he hadn't stuttered.
    "Let's get inside, then~"

Stephen carefully slipped through one of the windows of the apartments. Jay had shot down each camera, through methods Stephen hadn't been paying attention to. Jay followed him, and Stephen shut the window very carefully. Stephen had begun to worry about if someone had saw them, but Jay had done this so many times. That was not to say Stephen hadn't, he had done this many times, too, and had extensive training in stealth, though it wasn't his specialty. That didn't stop him from stressing about it, however. He glanced at Jay, whose lips twitched towards, as if comforting Stephen. This was all the other boy needed to suppress his thoughts.
They stalked through the apartment until they found their target, Hosuh Lee. The boy was wrapped up in blankets, sleeping softly. Stephen pulled out his knife and approached the unconscious victim. He padded towards him, closer, closer..
"He's rather pretty, isn't he." Jay spoke flatly, his tone making the question more of a sentence. "I guess, yeah, sure." Stephen mumbled as he now gazed down at the boy. The moonlight illuminated his face, his milky skin, his silky silver hair shining under the soft luminescent glow. Yes, Stephen decided. Hosuh Lee was rather pretty.
"He's coming, yeah?" the purple-haired male question. Jay grunted an affirmative, and Stephen spooned up Hosuh with the most gentlest touch he could, carrying him bridal style. Hosuh stirred. Stephen panicked, feeling his breath hitch, but nothing came of it. The two walked through the house.
"We should gag him." Jay muttered, "Or inject him before we go outside. You got anything?" Stephen faltered, "No.." Jay didn't seem bothered by this, if you ignored the slightest bit of annoyance in his voice. He walked back to retrieve something he could use to gag the smaller boy which Stephen now cradled.
Suddenly, Hosuh's eyes blinked open, and now the taller man panicked as Hosuh sputtered out words barely identifiable, kicking out of Stephen's grip, the blanket falling to the floor. He was probably too shocked to scream. Stephen took a breath or two and pinned Hosuh onto the ground, sitting on his torso as the pretty boy's eyes flooded with tears. He couldn't process what was happening and had ended up choking on his own sobs and pleas.
Jay came back, noticing the racket. "This is what happened when you come unprepared." Jay grumbled, tossing Stephen a rag and a rope, which he tied into Hosuh's mouth and around both his ankles and wrists, effectively silencing and restraining the other. Hosuh's tears slipped down his cheeks, soaking into the gag as Jay harshly tilted Hosuh's head up so he could gaze into the glazed, terrorized eyes of the other. Jay smirked, "Beautiful." "Stop flirting." Stephen snorted, looking away. Jay chuckled, his voice rasping, "Don't be jealous, baby boy." Stephen bit his lip, feeling his cheeks flush, "S-stop doing that." "Whatever you want, love." "Fuck you."
Jay twirled Hosuh's messed up ponytail in his fingers, "We should wait for Daniel." "Yeah, okay." Stephen sat against the wall, resting his elbow his propped up knee. Jay smiled at Hosuh, small and terrifying. Hosuh whimpered under his gaze. "The princess is scared," he purred. "You're freaking him out even more." Stephen scooted over and rested his head on Jay's shoulder so he could look at Hosuh easier. His face was pale and his crystal blue eyes enlarged and panicked. He was sobbing into the gag as large pearls of tears welled up into the corners of his eyes. Jay wiped them away with his thumbs and kissed Hosuh's forehead. "You usually like targets this much?" Stephen asked. Jay grinned again, that cheshire grin, the one that made the hairs on the back of Stephen's neck stand up straight with attention, the one that raised goosebumps on his arms. "This one, I find a special liking too." Jay hummed, admiring Hosuh's shrunken pupils. Stephen's phone buzzed and he stood up, receiving a text from Daniel. "He's here, let's go." Stephen mumbled. The time, it was Jay who carried Hosuh. He held him like a baby, so Hosuh looked at Stephen, who was now behind Jay as he walked forward. Stephen's eyebrows furrowed together, he couldn't help but feel bad for poor, helpless Hosuh. But then again, he couldn't care less what happened to targets.
The three headed to Daniel's van.
"You want to keep this one?" Stephen asked Jay as they all piled in the back. "You're going to keep him?" Daniel asked, licking his lips as he stared into the rearview mirror. Jay paused, "We could share him." Stephen bit his lip as he pulled down his mask so it scrunched up under his chin. "Seems like you like him more than I do." Stephen muttered, glancing down at Hosuh who was curled up in Jay's arms. "So you don't want to share?" "I mean-" "So you do?" "S-sure?"
Jay smiled. It was warm yet sickening, knowing he deprived happiness from sharing a kidnapped victim. Absolutely disgusting. But Stephen couldn't judge, no. Because he himself deprived pleasure from seeing the pretty boy crying, feeling the adrenaline in his body as the smaller boy's face was contorted into fear. Stephen loved it and found it addicting. So, Stephen didn't mind sharing Hosuh, he supposed.
Even if it was a sin he'd be damned for.
