Today was nothing different from what I do any other day I go to work. I showered, blowdried my hair, changed, and sprayed perfume on myself.

"Welcome back, Y/n," Mr.Min says pulling me into a welcoming hug and then pulling away

"May I have a word with you, Mr.Min"

"Of course, I'll meet you in my office in a bit. I have something I need to take care of" I nod

"What would you like to talk about, Ms.L/n?"

"Before Suran passed away, Suran had told me about going out with you. I'm always here if you need to talk" I held his hand with both of my warm hands

"Thank you, Y/n. You & Suran were best friends, it must be harder on you than it is on me. My doors are open if you need anyone to talk to"

"Thank you so much, Mr.Min. I have to get going, Mr.Kim is grumpy enough about missing too many days working on this case because of me"

"Are you kidding?!" he says raising his voice a bit, "We wasted enough time & who's fault was that? that's right, it was yours"

"You're right & it won't happen again but arguing with me won't solve anything either" I cross my arms over my chest

"I think we should talk with the parents of the victims. We should start with Eunha then, Sulli, Rosé, Sana, & Yeri."

"That sounds good to me. I'll interview Sulli's & Sana's parents, you can take Rosé & Yeri, & we will both interview Eunha's parents"

8:04 am, The parks house
"Good morning, Mrs & Mr. Park. I am Y/n L/n, I am investigating your daughter's case. Thank you for taking time out of your day to talk to me, I'll do everything in my power to get justice for your daughter's death"
