Good? That's great!
Well, this is my first published Inazuma Eleven Go fanfic.
I was inspired to share my fanfics because of one of my favorite fanfic writers, Yarah001.
If you like Inazuma Eleven Go fanfics, I highly recommend Yarah's fanfics.
Anyways, I'll stop talking so that you can get to what you came here for.
That's all for now!
The Phoenix is out :)

At the end of his first year at Raimon Junior High, Matsukaze Tenma left Raimon without telling his teammates where he was going. He made Shindou Takuto, Raimon's former captain, captain of the soccer team again, and made his best friend and Raimon's ace forward, Tsurugi Kyousuke, vice-captain.
No one knows where the beloved first year captain went, or when he would be back.
***
Almost three years have passed since Matsukaze Tenma left Raimon.
Everyone on the team had entered Inazuma High, have all joined the soccer team, and successfully made the team the best in Japan, but none of them could forget about Tenma.
Lately, there had been rumors about a transfer student. They say he's an exceptional soccer player AND has graduated high school early, so he would only be transferring for soccer and that he wouldn't have to do any work other than in the soccer team.During practice, Shindou Takuto, who was now the captain of the high school team, practiced his passes with his best friend, Kirino Ranmaru.
Shindou wasn't entirely focused on practice.
"Hey, Shindou-kun." Kirino said, pulling the second-year captain out of his thoughts.Shindou looked at his pink-haired friend, who stopped the ball they were using for practice with his foot.
"Is there something on your mind?" Kirino asked."I guess you could say that." Shindou smiled wryly. "It's these rumors about this new transfer. I'm just wondering how it will affect our team."
Though that wasn't the only thing he was thinking about.
"You and me both." Kirino said. "I'm wondering who this "exceptional player" is. I hope he's good."
"I do too. But we'll have to just wait and see." Shindou said.
Kirino kicked the soccer ball to Shindou, but it went a little too high.
As Shindou backed up a bit to receive it with his chest, someone snatched the ball out of mid-air, surprising both the captain and the pink-haired defender.
The person landed gracefully on the ground, one foot on the soccer ball, his back turned to the two second-years.The person then raced towards one of the goals, dribbling the ball with expert skill and great speed. When he was near the goal, he kicked the ball, using a hissatsu technique to give it more power. The wind picked up, and several cyclones surrounded the ball, their bottom ends pointing in the direction the ball was headed.
"CYCLONE BARRAGE!"
Sangoku Taichi, a third-year goal keeper, had to quickly move out of the way because the shot was so powerful.
The ball hit the net, and the technique faded. The ball landed and bounced once, twice, rolled for a bit, then stopped, smoking.
Everyone stared at the newcomer in utter shock.
"Have you forgotten about me already?"A voice pierces through the tension, coming from the newcomer, pulling everyone out of their shock.
Soon, he was surrounded by the team members who didn't know who he was, mainly first-years, all asking questions and all excited like little children.
"Alright!" The newcomer's commanding yet surprisingly gentle voice cuts through the chaos. "I'll answer all of your questions later. Right now, I need to talk to your captain."
With disappointed sighs and many of them saying, 'fine", the newcomer walked over to the captain.
His stormy gray eyes and light brown hair with waves that seemed to curl into parts that looked like wings, though it was a bit longer in the back and on the sides, gave away his identity to the second-year midfielder.
Shindou's chocolate brown eyes widened slightly in shock.
"T-Tenma?" He breathed out, barely audible.
"Hey, Shindou-san." Tenma said, giving a side smile to the second-year. "Long time, no see."The rest of Tenma's teammates from his Raimon days came over to where he and Shindou were, all overcome with different emotions upon seeing their former captain. Even the managers from when Tenma went to Raimon joined in.
There was anger, shock, confusion, happiness, frustration, and all sorts of emotions in between among his teammates and the managers.
Tenma's best friend, Tsurugi Kyousuke, walked over to Tenma. To everyone's shock and surprise, Tsurugi punched Tenma. Tsurugi glared murder at the brunet, his hands clenched into fists.
Tenma sighed softly, rubbing his now sore cheek.
"Can't say I didn't deserve that." He chuckled weakly.
He looked at his team, with fondness and possibly a touch of sadness?"I'm really sorry about disappearing like that." He said. "Certain circumstances required me not to tell anyone why I was leaving."
He looked at Tsurugi, and something shifts in his friend's sharp orange gaze. Was it relief? Understanding? Or was it something else?
"I know you probably won't forgive me, but I hope that someday you will." Tenma said, looking at his team.
His friends.
His family.
"I'm back, and I'm here to stay." He said, smiling fondly.
