Chapter 5

{ Emily's point of view }
Today I just hung out at home and watched movies.

Then around 3 I got a text from Taylor asking if I wanted to go to the park with him. I told him I would, so I got ready and drove there and waited outside of my car for him.

Right now I'm waiting for Taylor and his friend Mathew to get here.

I looked over at the entrance and saw his car pull in.

Taylor got out of the car first.

"Wow nice car!" He said with his adorable smile.

"Thanks." I said smiling back.

Then his friend Mathew got out of the car.

Mathew smiled at me as he made eye contact with me.

I stood up straight since I was leaning back on my car. And I walked over closer to him.

"Hey I'm Emily." I said with a smile.
We shook hands.

"Hi I'm Mathew Espinosa, but you can call me Matt." Mathew said.

"Cool Matt." I said.

Then Taylor spoke up.

"So, um..Emily what have you done today?" Taylor asked.

"Just watched some movies." I replied.

"Cool." Taylor kindly said.

"Yep, what have you guys been doing?" I asked.

"Drive to an airport and back and then drove to this park." Taylor laughed a little.

"Cool, so what you guys wanna do?" I asked while looking at Matt.

"Whatever you want to do." Matt said with a smile.

"Okay, let's go get ice cream!" I said with a laugh.

"Fine with me." Taylor said.

We all walked over to the ice cream stand and got some ice cream.

I got vanilla ice cream.

Matt got chocolate ice cream.

And Taylor got strawberry ice cream.

We walked over to a bench and sat down.

Taylor sat down on my left and Matt sat on my right.

We ate our ice cream and they told me about the tours they went on a couple of months ago.

By 4:30 I decided to go home.

I said by to Matt and Taylor and went home.

Once I got home I changed into some yoga pants and a hoodie.

I walked over to my bed and sat down.
I turned my tv on and started to watch it.

Then my phone rang.

I looked down.

It was text from Taylor.

Taylor🌟💖💘: Hey what's up babe😉

Me: just watching some tv. U?

Taylor🌟💖💘: Cool and I'm just hanging with Matt.

Me: Awesome! I'm super tired from today.😞

Taylor🌟💖💘: well then go to sleep!

Me: I don't want to stop texting u tho

Taylor🌟💖💘: awe, but please go to sleep. You need it.

Me: okay I will.

Taylor🌟💖💘: good sleep good beautiful! Have a goodnight💕.

I put my phone on the nightstand and got under the blankets.

Taylor is super nice. I think i might like him, but I don't know. But I can tell he cares about me.

I wonder if he likes me too.

I turned over to my side and closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
