The Soldier

A bomb had gone off Tyler Bradshaw was in a great deal of pain he knew that he had to get somewhere safe. He tried to stand but his leg gave out on him, but one of team mates saw him and ran over to help him "hey I got you buddy" he said. Tyler recognized the voice it was his team and friend Sam.
We need a medic over here he heard Sam yell as he faded in and out of consciousness "hey Tyler you got to stay with me here ok"
The medic came running over and examined Tyler he told Sam that he needed to put a splint and has leg before they put him in the stretcher the medic made sure that nothing was broken other than his leg after the medic put the stint on his leg two guys came up next to them and put Tyler on the stretcher and took him to a medical Chopper that was standing by that the medic had Sam Radio for.
When the Chopper got to the hospital they unloaded Tyler carefully and took him straight to the emergency room the doctors took some X-rays he shrapnel in his stomach and a broken leg and a bump on his head and various Cuts from the shrapnel hitting him the one cut was very close his eye. they called his family and let them know what had happened. after 6 weeks they sent him home to be with his family they were so happy to see him his mother cried, his dad gave him a big hug him and his sister ran up to him and jumped in his arms and almost knock him down his niece and nephew were excited to see him too he scooped them up and gave him a great big hug. it was late when he got home so they all went to bed. The next day his sister took him into town because she needed to get a few things for special dinner she had planned for him while they were in town they saw some smoke coming from a building. A woman was yelling that her son was still in there they called the fire department but they were already dealing with another fire so Tyler ran into the building to get her son when he found he told him to not to be scared that he was going to get him out of here safely he nodded. Tyler picked him up to carry him out of the building when he got outside the building he gave the woman her son she thanked him and asked how she could ever repay him for risking his life to save her son he said there's no need to thank me as long as he is safe that's all it matters.
Then they went home to have dinner.
Tyler Bradshaw has a scar on the right side of his face because of what happened.
