I woke up, no longer wet and freezing. I was on the ship laying on my hammock. I looked to my right and saw that new hammock had been put up and there was Cai sleeping away. Everyone was up on deck already!

"Cai! Psst! Cai!"

He snored on.

"Ugh! Caiiiiii!" I got up and put my boots on and tip toed to Cai's hammock. I poked him in the side with my cold finger. Nothing.

"CAI!" I was honestly fustrated right now, he was such an annoying being sometimes! Instead of gently prodded him in the side like I had before, I jabbed him in the side with my icey fingers.

"CAI!"

"AHH!" He twisted around and fell out of his hammock

"Curse you and your cold fingers!" He leaped up and began to chase me, weaving in between the hammocks. He was gaining distance so I ran up the stairs and onto the deck, but Cai was right there with me.

"AH!" I squealed, running in between the many pirates talking, getting funny glances from some of them, some seemed surprised I was up. I didn't however let this distract me while I ran from Cai.

I ran up the double stair case that led to the deck on top of the captain's quarters where the wheel and his desk were. I ran, and grabbed the chair that was at his desk and flung it behind me, hoping that this would get in Cai's way, but he expected it and ran around the chair. I ran around the wheel, careful not to touch it so we wouldn't move.

I bounded toward the double stairs again only when I got there I ran into someone, knoocking me onto my butt.

"What is going on?" The captain shouted sleepily.

"Well..." Cai started to explain, but I just sat there and laughed as the captain helped me up. Cai blushed at his attempt to explain ourselves.

"Well, good to see you two are feeling better." He nodded and then turned around to adress his crew. Something told me that today was only going to get better. The captain smiled to his crew, something I have never seen.

"Mates, let's take a rest day today, I think we're all due for one anyway." Lot's of the crew cheered and a couple started a card game while others began to head down the stairs, no doubt to take a nap.

I whispered to Cai something I had remembered and he agreed to help me. We walked up to the Captain's quarters and knocked on his door.

"Come in," he said. We headed in.

"Uh, Jimmy?" I started. He was looking at a picture and and appeared meloncholy.

"Oh, it's you too. If you were going to try and explain yourselves better, it's fine, you can go-"

"No, we wanted to ask if you wanted to do something with us?"

"Oh."

"Well, we know how hard you've had it roughly, with all this Peter business and Cai coming and me getting accidentally shot-"

"So we thought you might need a day off too." Cai finished for me.

"Oh."

"And we thought the best way to do this would be to thank you for helping us, but we don't want to be greedy, so we were thinking that maybe you would like to see the island with us."

"But not just anyway, we thought we could help you, uh,-" Cai didn't know how to put this.

"Are you two implying that you want to fly me around the island?"

"Well,"

"Yeah."

"We want to prove we're different that Peter."

Jimmy laughed, something he rarely did anymore.

"I know you guys aren't. I know."

"But if you ever want to fly,"

"Just let us know.
