The Magus
After leaving Weiss with her attendants, Y/N walked towards where the Headmaster's office.
The Tower.
The synthetic being traveled amongst the returning students. Various looks were sent his way. Curiosity chief amongst them, due to them not recognizing him and him being too old to be a new student.
The sound of a camera shutter invaded his senses. The Hitman saw a female Bunny Faunus with said object. She was capturing numerous pictures of the crowds. The young woman must have felt his eyes as she turned to look at him. He allowed their eyes to meet before she gave him a smile and snapped a photo of him.
When she lowered the camera, the man was nowhere to be seen. The Faunus glances around but didn't see a hair of him. He disappeared like he was never there. Like an apparition.
"Velvet! Come on!" The Bunny-Girl heard her name called instantly recognized who it belonged to. Velvet glanced around once more before going towards where she heard her name called from.

"Glynda has prepared all of the file James and yourself have requested." The Headmaster gestured to his blonde assistant to hand over the object in her hands. "You'll find everything on the school-issued Scroll, along with the server linkup in your room. Please, browse through them at your leisure."
Y/N looked at the device in his hand. It was a standard Scroll, only with Beacon insignias and markings. Once turned on, the sight of an encryption screen entered his vision. He glanced towards the man that was responsible for his sister's death.
"I have taken the liberty to set your 'Password' to your sister's name. You may change it at a later time if you so choose."
After checking to see if everything was in order, Y/N disabled the tech and placed it into his inner pocket.
The Headmaster started once he had the Attention back on him.
"Most of the accommodations you requested were met. The only one Beacon wasn't able to meet is your request for a private training area. But you may utilize the ones the Beacon has for the students." Ozpin explained.
"Do you have any questions on what you'll be teaching?" While Mr. Rose's class wasn't mandatory, it would offer a different perspective on the world. It would also help broaden the students' horizons.
"No, Sir. I have it all established." Y/N assured. "But, just for clarification, I do still possess free reign over my education material, correct?"
"Of course," Ozpin confirmed. "As long as it's beneficial to the next generation of Huntresses and Huntsmen, I have no issues with it." The white-haired man stated.
"If you'd like, I could show you to your room." Glynda offered to the man, speaking for the first time. She's hoping to be able to talk to him now as opposed to later. As her schedule may not permit such a luxury.
Ozpin quickly interjected. "Unfortunately, Mr. Rose. Glynda will be needed at the opening speech. But if you check your Scroll, you'll be able to find your way there." Glynda internally signed. Hopefully, she'll have a chance later today.
Miss Goodwitch watched as her love interest leave the office after bidding them farewell. She felt a little anger course through her blood at the loss of opportunity.
The reincarnated man looked at the woman at his side, contemplating if he should pose her a question. "Glynda? With an objective view, do you think Mr. L/N will excel at teaching the students?"
"Yes, Sir." She answered without missing a beat. "His records show excellent mentoring capabilities. The most prominent example is the three-time winner of the Mistal Regional Tournament."
The immortal enemy of Salem nodded at her explanation. "Ahh, yes. Pyrrha Nikos... Leo's prized prodigy."
Glynda glanced at her boss, wondering what he was thinking about. "Also. I believe there was a footnote about him training the Schnee Heiress for a short period of time in the past."
"This year's Vytal Tournament will be interesting." Ozpin mused with Glynda silently agreeing.

The ball of gas has long since set so its sibling may guide Remnant with its light. Several hours have passed since Y/N met with Beacon's administration. He found his room, which more like a suite or apartment, and began to unpack. There wasn't a lot of luggage, only the basic necessities he would need for this assignment. The rest he could obtain from Vale.
A few things he brought with him laid off to the side. They may have some importance in the future. At the very least they'll give an individual closure.
The Atlesian Operative had gotten to work, internalizing every string of information on the students. Even the potentials that showed for the Initiation.
Y/N recognized several of the potentials. Either through his side work, profession, and or his personal life.
Blake Belladonna.
Jaune Arc.
Pyrrha Nikos.
Weiss Schnee.
Each of the individuals above had a reason to gather at Beacon.
To run from something. Such as her past.
To prove themselves. Mostly to himself and society.
To find their destiny. A higher calling she can involve herself in.
To fulfill their order and become her own person.
Of course, there were other reasons. But, these were the driving factor for each person.
It was late. It was dark. A perfect opportunity to feel the cool night air flow against his face and jog his memories of Beacon. He wanted to have a mental map of the academy.
